Gain=1/{1+2πf・(2R)・(C/n)}
で表される。上記の式において、(2R)・(C/n)=Tnとすると、Tnは(1/n)に比例する。また、カットオフ周波数fnはfn=(1/Tn)で表されるので、経路nのカットオフ周波数fnはnに比例する。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について図を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る電池電圧監視装置を含んだ電池電圧監視システムの全体構成図である。この図に示されるように、電池電圧監視システムは、組電池10と電池電圧監視装置とを備えて構成されている。

本実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。本実施形態では、外部均等化回路30および内部均等化回路70の回路構成が第1実施形態と異なっている。
上記各実施形態で示された電池電圧監視装置の構成は一例であり、上記で示した構成に限定されることなく、本発明の特徴を含んだ他の構成とすることもできる。例えば、監視IC50を用いることは一例であり、ICを用いずに回路を構成しても良い。また、外部均等化回路30の構成も一例であり、他の回路構成としても良い。特に、第2実施形態に係る外部均等化回路30において、第2電池セル13に対応したトランジスタ35としてPNP型のものを用いているが、NPN型のトランジスタを用いて構成することもできる。

Claims (2)
- 複数の電池セルが直列に接続された組電池の各々の電池セルの正極および負極にそれぞれ対応する一対の検出端子を前記電池セル毎に備えていると共に、
前記複数の電池セルの正極端子および負極端子のぞれぞれと、前記電池セル毎に設けられた前記一対の検出端子と、の間に介在されるRCフィルタ回路を備えており、
前記電池セル毎に設けられた前記一対の検出端子に印加されるセル電圧をそれぞれ検出するように構成された電池電圧監視装置であって、
前記複数の電池セルのうちの直列接続された隣同士の電池セルでは、高電圧側の電池セルの負極端子と低電圧側の電池セルの正極端子とが共通化されて共通端子に接続されており、
前記RCフィルタ回路は、前記共通端子が分岐されてそれぞれにRCフィルタを構成する抵抗が接続され、これら各抵抗にはそれぞれ異なる前記一対の検出端子の一方の端子が接続されており、さらに、前記一対の検出端子の端子間に前記RCフィルタを構成するコンデンサがそれぞれ接続されて構成されており、
前記複数の電池セルのうちの直列接続された隣同士の電池セルにおいて、低電圧側の電池セルを第1電池セルとし、高電圧側の電池セルを第2電池セルとし、
さらに、前記第1電池セルのセル電圧を検出するための一対の検出端子を第1検出端子とし、前記第2電池セルのセル電圧を検出するための一対の検出端子を第2検出端子とすると、
前記第1検出端子のうちの低電圧側の端子と前記第2検出端子のうちの低電圧側の端子との間に前記第1電池セルを短絡する第1短絡スイッチを備えると共に、
前記第1検出端子のうちの高電圧側の端子と前記第2検出端子のうちの高電圧側の端子との間に前記第2電池セルを短絡する第2短絡スイッチを備えていることを特徴とする電池電圧監視装置。 - 前記第1電池セルに対応する前記第1検出端子のうちのいずれかの端子に電気的に接続されていると共に、前記第2電池セルに対応する前記第2検出端子のうちのいずれかの端子に電気的に接続されており、これらの端子の電圧変動によって動作する外部均等化回路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池電圧監視装置。
