Description
図は本発明要部を示す図で、図1は斜視端面部分図、図2は蓋本体の上面部分図、図3はその底面部分図である。1は合成樹脂を射出成形により成形された蓋本体、2は蓋本体1が施される電槽、3は蓋本体1に施される覆蓋である。電槽は従来周知である内部が隔壁により6つのセル室に区画形成されたモノブロック電槽で、これに従来周知の1個の蓋本体1と1個の覆蓋が施される。
なお、図中、4は端子、5は液口栓、51は注液口、6はパッキングである。
比較例として、上記実施形態において、囲繞壁のスリットを1個のみとした以外は上記と同じにした。

Claims (2)
- 蓋本体上面に液還流孔と排気孔を形成し、これらを覆蓋で覆ってなる二重蓋を有する蓄電池の排気構造において、蓋本体の表裏に貫通した無垢の筒体からなる排気孔を形成すると共に、この排気孔を囲繞する様に液還流孔を形成し、この液還流孔を囲繞して蓋本体裏面から下方に垂下する囲繞壁の無垢の筒体の下端より上に位置する部分に、少なくとも2個のスリット又は透孔を形成したことを特徴とする二重蓋を有する蓄電池の排気構造。
- 囲繞壁に形成したスリット又は透孔は、囲繞壁下端から蓋本体裏面にまで到達するスリットであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二重蓋を有する蓄電池の排気構造。
