0.31×[Mn]+0.17×[Fe]≧[Si] (1)
0.31×[Mn]+0.17×[Fe]≧[Si] (1)
表1の化学成分となるように、電解Cu、Zn、Al、Cu−Fe母合金、Ni−Al母合金、Si−Cu母合金、Mn−Cu母合金、Fe−Al母合金を低周波溶解炉で溶解し、1100℃以上の溶湯温度で内径50mm、外径80mm、長さ100mmの砂型に鋳込み、円筒体を作製した後、機械加工を施して内径60mm、外径75mm、長さ50mmの円筒状軸受を作製した。得られた円筒状軸受に肉厚方向に直径10mmの複数個の貫通孔を該内周面に開口面積が内周面の面積に対し30%となるように形成するとともに貫通孔に黒鉛からなる固体潤滑剤を埋め込んだ。次いで、固体潤滑剤部位に潤滑油を真空含浸させ、これを摩耗試験用試験片とした。また、引張試験用試験片は、JISH5120のB号に準拠して鋳造した後、JISZ2201(金属材料引張り試験片)に準拠して4号試験片に機械加工し、JISZ2241(金属材料引張試験方法)に準拠して引張試験を行った。硬さ(ブリネル硬さ)測定は上記4号試験片を使用した。表1中、金属間化合物面積割合(%)は母相中に分散含有されたFe−Mn−Si系金属間化合物の面積割合を示す。

Claims (5)
- 質量比で、Zn:17〜28%、Al:5〜10%、Mn:4〜10%、Fe:1〜5%、Ni:0.1〜3%、Si:0.5〜3%、残部がCu及び不可避的不純物からなり、母相がβ相の単相組織を呈するとともに該β相に針状、球状及び花びら状を呈するFe−Mn−Si系金属間化合物の少なくとも一つが分散した組織を呈し、Fe、MnおよびSiの質量百分率を[Fe]、[Mn]および[Si]としたときに、下記1式を満足することを特徴とする摺動部材用高力黄銅合金。
0.31×[Mn]+0.17×[Fe]≧[Si] (1) - Fe−Mn−Si系金属間化合物は、β相の単相組織に3〜20%の面積割合をもって分散していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動部材用高力黄銅合金。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の高力黄銅合金からなる円筒体の少なくとも摺動面としての内周面に、複数の孔または溝が形成され、該孔または溝に固体潤滑剤が埋設固定されていることを特徴とする摺動部材。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の摺動部材用高力黄銅合金からなる板状体の摺動面としての表面に、複数の孔、溝または凹部が形成され、該孔、溝または凹部に固体潤滑剤が埋設固定されていることを特徴とする摺動部材。
- 前記摺動面としての内周面または表面における固体潤滑剤の占める面積比率は、10〜40%であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の摺動部材。
