Claims (3)
- カッタ本体に形成されたインサート取付座に着座させられる切削インサートを、上記インサート取付座にクランプして固定するインサートクランプ用クサビであって、上記カッタ本体内に押し込まれるクサビ本体に、上記切削インサートに密着するクランプ面と、上記クサビ本体の押し込み方向に向けてこのクランプ面との間隔が漸次小さくなるクサビ面とを備え、上記クサビ本体は、上記押し込み方向に直交する断面における外形が、該押し込み方向の両端面間にわたって、上記クサビ面側が凸曲線をなすとともに、この凸曲線の両端から上記クランプ面側に向かうに従い凹曲線をなして幅広となって該クランプ面に至るベル型形状とされているインサートクランプ用クサビが、上記インサート取付座に連通するように上記カッタ本体に形成された凹所に、上記クサビ面を該凹所の内壁面に摺接させながら押し込み手段によって押し込まれて装着され、上記クサビ本体は、上記押し込み方向に直交する断面において上記凸曲線をなす部分から、少なくともその両端の上記凹曲線をなす部分までが上記クサビ面とされていることを特徴とするインサート着脱式カッタ。
- 上記カッタ本体における上記凹所の開口部の周辺は、上記押し込み方向に直交する断面において上記クランプ面が延びる方向の両端側に向かうに従い、該押し込み方向とは反対側に漸次せり出す凹面状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインサート着脱式カッタ。
- 上記凹所の開口部の周辺が凹曲面状とされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインサート着脱式カッタ。
