Description
(1) 直列状に並べられた同軸ケーブルの内部導体と一般電線の芯線とが加締め端子で電気的に圧着接続された前記同軸ケーブル及び前記一般電線を、接地構造物に結合される接地板部を備えた金属板製のアース処理端子上に固定すると共に、前記同軸ケーブルの編組を前記アース処理端子に接地接続するアース処理端子上でのケーブル接続構造であって、
前記加締め端子による接続部及びその周辺は、一端側が前記同軸ケーブルの端部に露出された編組の端部に被さると共に他端側が前記一般電線の端部の外被に被さる絶縁性の熱収縮チューブに収容されて絶縁処理され、
前記同軸ケーブルの前記アース処理端子への固定は、前記アース処理端子上の第1の被覆圧着部を前記同軸ケーブルの外被の上に加締め付けることで行われ、
前記一般電線の前記アース処理端子への固定は、前記第1の被覆圧着部から電線の長手方向に離れた前記アース処理端子上の第2の被覆圧着部を前記熱収縮チューブの上から前記一般電線の外被上に加締め付けることで行われ、
前記同軸ケーブルの前記アース処理端子への接地接続は、前記第1の被覆圧着部と前記第2の被覆圧着部との間に配置された前記アース処理端子上の編組圧着部を前記熱収縮チューブの一端側に露出している編組の上に加締め付けることにより行われ、
前記熱収縮チューブ内で前記加締め端子と前記同軸ケーブルの内部絶縁体の端部との間に露出する内部導体には、弛みを持たせ、
前記弛みは、前記内部導体と前記アース処理端子との間の離間距離が増える方向に突出する湾曲形状にされたことを特徴とするアース処理端子上でのケーブル接続構造。
また、内部絶縁体や熱収縮チューブの変位に伴って内部導体の撓みが伸縮する場合でも、同軸ケーブルの編組が接地されたアース処理端子と内部導体との間の離間距離を基準の離間距離以上に維持でき、内部導体がアース処理端子に接近し過ぎてケーブル特性が低下することを防止することができる。
図1は本発明に係るアース処理端子上でのケーブル接続構造の一実施形態の要部の構成説明図、図2は図1に示した同軸ケーブルの内部導体に撓みを形成する工程の説明図である。

Claims (1)
- 直列状に並べられた同軸ケーブルの内部導体と一般電線の芯線とが加締め端子で電気的に圧着接続された前記同軸ケーブル及び前記一般電線を、接地構造物に結合される接地板部を備えた金属板製のアース処理端子上に固定すると共に、前記同軸ケーブルの編組を前記アース処理端子に接地接続するアース処理端子上でのケーブル接続構造であって、
前記加締め端子による接続部及びその周辺は、一端側が前記同軸ケーブルの端部に露出された編組の端部に被さると共に他端側が前記一般電線の端部の外被に被さる絶縁性の熱収縮チューブに収容されて絶縁処理され、
前記同軸ケーブルの前記アース処理端子への固定は、前記アース処理端子上の第1の被覆圧着部を前記同軸ケーブルの外被の上に加締め付けることで行われ、
前記一般電線の前記アース処理端子への固定は、前記第1の被覆圧着部から電線の長手方向に離れた前記アース処理端子上の第2の被覆圧着部を前記熱収縮チューブの上から前記一般電線の外被上に加締め付けることで行われ、
前記同軸ケーブルの前記アース処理端子への接地接続は、前記第1の被覆圧着部と前記第2の被覆圧着部との間に配置された前記アース処理端子上の編組圧着部を前記熱収縮チューブの一端側に露出している編組の上に加締め付けることにより行われ、
前記熱収縮チューブ内で前記加締め端子と前記同軸ケーブルの内部絶縁体の端部との間に露出する内部導体には、弛みを持たせ、
前記弛みは、前記内部導体と前記アース処理端子との間の離間距離が増える方向に突出する湾曲形状にされたことを特徴とするアース処理端子上でのケーブル接続構造。
