Description
Claims (10)
- 光導波用の光学部材を形成するためのガラスであって、アルカリ土類金属の酸化物を20〜35モル%、チタン酸化物を10〜15モル%、ゲルマニウム酸化物を10〜40モル%、ケイ素酸化物を10〜60モル%の割合で含有することを特徴とするガラス。
- 酸化ストロンチウム、酸化ニオビウム、酸化ホウ素または酸化ビスマスを30モル%以下の割合で含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス。
- 鉄、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガン、バナジウム、銅から選ばれる少なくとも1種を1〜3モル%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス。
- 結晶化温度とガラス転移温度との差が100℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のガラス。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のガラスを熱処理してなり、フレスノイト型の結晶が析出していることを特徴とする結晶化ガラス。
- ファイバ形状であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の結晶化ガラス。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のガラスを所定形状に成形し、加熱してフレスノイト型の結晶を析出させることを特徴とする請求項5記載の結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のガラスを線引きしてファイバ形状に成形し、加熱してフレスノイト型の結晶を析出させることを特徴とする請求項6記載の結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- 加熱をレーザ照射により行うことを特徴とする請求項7または8記載の結晶化カラスの製造方法。
- 請求項6に記載の結晶化ガラスからなることを特徴とするファイバ型の光学部材。
