Claims (4)
- 磁場に応答する少なくとも1つのホール効果感知エレメントを有する第1のセンサと、
磁場に応答する少なくとも1つのホール効果感知エレメントを有する第2のセンサと、
磁束を収集し、少なくとも前記第1のセンサに案内するためのU字型磁束収集磁極片と、
磁場を生成するための磁束源とを備えており、
前記U字型磁束収集磁極片が、透磁性材料からなる第1のL字型セクションと第2のL字型セクションとを対称になるように配設して二股に分かれた基部を有するU字形状を形成することにより形成されており、前記U字型磁束収集磁極片の該二股に分かれた基部が前記第1のL字型セクション及び前記第2のL字型セクションを分離するギャップを有しており、
前記第1のL字型セクションは、前記第2のL字型セクションの方向に延びる第1の端部及び第2の端部を有したヘッドを有していると共に前記第1のL字型セクションから延びている第1の非対称Y字型部を更に備えており、
前記第2のL字型セクションは、前記第1のL字型セクションの方向に延びる第1の端部及び第2の端部を有したヘッドを有していると共に前記第2のL字型セクションから延びている第2の非対称Y字型部を備えており、
前記第1のセンサが、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の前記第1の端部の間に配置されており、
前記第2のセンサが、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の前記第2の端部の間に配置されており、
前記第1のセンサに向う磁束によって生成された前記第1のセンサの電圧出力は、その変位が位置センサ組立体によって検出される最大変位に満たないとき、前記磁束源に相関した第1のセンサの変位の変化に関して、実質的に線形的に変化する、位置センサ組立体。 - 前記第2のセンサと前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の前記第2の端部との間に配置されるアダプタを更に備えてなる、請求項1記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記アダプタが電気絶縁性材料を含有してなる、請求項2記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記電気絶縁性材料がプラスティックである、請求項3記載の位置センサ組立体。
