Description
The present invention relates to an induction device such as a reactor or a transformer.
In the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 1, a reactor composed of an annular core body and a coil formed by winding around the core body is fixed to an external structure using a plurality of leaf springs. A fixing structure is disclosed. The core body is composed of a plurality of block cores arranged with gaps, has a U-shaped block core and an I-shaped block core, and is arranged in a track shape. The leaf spring is formed by being bent into an L shape, and has the lowest rigidity in the first direction (a direction perpendicular to the bending line) when the annular core body is viewed in plan. The leaf springs are arranged so that the first direction and the direction in which the plurality of block cores are arranged with gaps (the arrangement direction of the block cores) are shifted.
By the way, when the energization and stop of the coil are repeated at a predetermined frequency, a tensile force along the arrangement direction of the block cores is periodically generated, and the core body vibrates. There is a tendency to become the largest in the arrangement direction of the cores. However, since the leaf spring is disposed so that the first direction in which the rigidity of the leaf spring is the lowest and the arrangement direction of the block core in which the amplitude of vibration generated in the core body is the largest, the leaf spring is generated in the core body. The vibration is effectively attenuated by a leaf spring, and transmission of vibration to the external structure can be suppressed.
In the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 1, when viewed in a plane, the leaf springs are arranged at the four corners of the reactor, and are arranged at positions shifted from the arrangement direction of the block cores. It will be arranged to protrude outside the outer shape. For this reason, there is a problem that dead space increases around the reactor.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to improve the NV (Noise and Vibration) performance in the vibration direction of the induction device and reduce the dead space. On offer.
In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is an annular core body, and a fixing member that is directly or indirectly connected to the core body and fixes the core body to an external structure. The core body has a first block core and a second block core arranged with a gap from the first block core, and the fixing member is the core body A planar portion connectable to the external structure and a rib portion directly or indirectly connected to the core body, the planar portion being the first block core. Extending in a direction parallel to the arrangement direction of the second block cores, and the rib portion is arranged in the arrangement direction of the first block core and the second block core with respect to the first block core.

It has a width that extends to. Therefore, since the arrangement direction of the block cores and the width direction of the rib portions are parallel to each other, the rigidity in the arrangement direction of the block cores can be increased. It is possible.
A third aspect of the present invention is the guidance device according to the first or second aspect, wherein a plurality of the rib portions are erected opposite to both ends in the width direction of the planar portion.

According to the fourth aspect of the invention, by providing another rib portion, it is possible to increase the rigidity in the direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the block cores in addition to the increase in rigidity in the arrangement direction of the block cores. Thus, the allowable range of design for vibration can be expanded.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the induction device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the rib portion is supported by a mold portion that integrally resin-molds the core body, and is formed on the planar portion.
The
The
Next, the operation of the fixing structure of the
When a direct current flows through the
When the
Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Since the
Further, the
However, since the
Since the
Further, the

As shown in FIG. 6, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
The leaf springs 41 </ b> A, 41 </ b> B, 41 </ b> C, 41 </ b> D are respectively supported by the
As described above, the
By the way, the
Further, the
Other functions and effects are the same as the functions and effects (3) to (5) in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
