Description

The present invention relates to a pouring tool for pouring a content liquid from a container containing a content liquid such as beverages, seasonings, and medicines, and more specifically, to a container in which a spout is sealed by a seal portion. It relates to a suitable dispensing tool.

Containers such as paper packs are generally used for storing liquid contents such as beverages and seasonings. A spout is formed at a predetermined position on the upper end of the container, and the spout is sealed with a seal member or the like at the time of shipment.
When the content liquid stored in such a container is poured out, the sealing member is generally broken using a pouring member such as a pouring tap. From the viewpoint of convenience and the like, it is desirable that the dispensing tool is attached to the container and can be used immediately.
For example, the following technique is disclosed with respect to such an extraction tool.

Patent Document 1 discloses a pouring tap for a liquid container, and the pouring tap is attached to a pouring hole of a liquid container that is sealed with a breakable sheet, and the pouring tap body. It is comprised from the cap which makes an opening-and-closing main body openable and closable. Moreover, the opening stopper body is provided with an opening member, and the opening member is fixed to the opening cylinder wall through a connecting member so as to be separable.
When the stored liquid is poured out, the opening member is pressed with a finger or the like to break the connecting means, and further, the pressing member keeps pressing to break the sheet sealing the outlet hole of the container. The liquid stored in can be dispensed.
As described above, Patent Document 1 describes a pouring plug having a structure in which the pouring hole is opened by simply pressing the opening member fixed to the opening cylinder wall by the connecting means so as to be separated. .

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-23395

According to the pouring tool described in Patent Document 1, since the opening member is fixed to the open cylindrical wall by the breakable connecting means, the spout is immediately prepared without using a separate opening member when using the liquid stored in the container. Can be opened.
However, the structure described in Patent Document 1 is not preferable from the viewpoint of hygiene because the opening member is directly pressed with a finger or the like. Further, the size of the container is various, and accordingly, the diameter of the opening cylinder wall is varied. As a result, particularly when the diameter of the opening cylinder is relatively small, it is difficult to transmit force due to pressing of a finger or the like, making it difficult to open. Further, since the body portion of the opening member slides on the inner peripheral wall of the opening cylindrical wall and descends in the spout, the sheet is broken by the opening blade 34 fixed in the opening member. A large force is required to open the container, making it difficult to open the container.
The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and provides a hygienic dispensing tool that is easy to open for dispensing the liquid content from a container in which a seal portion is formed. Objective.

(1) The pouring tool of the present invention is an pouring tool with an opening portion that is welded or bonded to a container having a seal portion that seals the opening, and the pouring tool is bonded or welded around the seal portion. An annular connecting plate and a cylindrical portion extending upward from the inner peripheral edge of the connecting plate, and inside the cylindrical portion via a breakable connecting portion extending radially inward from the cylindrical portion An extraction wall portion extending upward from the portion is connected, and an outer peripheral wall of the extraction tube portion is provided with an annular wall having an outer diameter that can be brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the cylinder portion, On the outer peripheral surface of the annular wall and / or the outer peripheral surface of the extraction tube portion at the upper portion of the annular wall, a base portion extending in the left and right sides, and downward from the lower end of the base portion along the outer wall of the extraction tube portion A knob portion formed of an extended extension portion is formed, and the upper and lower ends of the extraction tube portion are open. The lower end is cut obliquely to break the seal part of the container to form a sharp opening part, and the distance between the two extension parts is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical part. It is characterized by that.
(2) The pouring tool of the present invention is characterized in that, in the above (1), both inner lower ends of the extension portion are connected to the upper and outer peripheral edges of the cylindrical portion via a breakable bridging portion. .
(3) In the above-described pouring tool according to the present invention (1) or (2), a protrusion that is inserted into the container and then locked to the inner wall of the container is provided below the pouring tube portion. It is characterized by being.
(4) The pouring tool of the present invention is the stopper member according to any one of the above (1) to (3), which is extended to face the upper surface of the annular connecting plate to the vicinity of the lower end of the extension portion of the knob portion. Is provided.

According to the pouring tool of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently transmit force at the time of opening the container by picking the knob, and at the time of unopening, the cylindrical portion and the extraction cylinder portion via the connecting portion, Since these are connected, the trouble of separately preparing a member for opening at the time of opening can be saved. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to directly press the extraction cylinder part which is a member for opening with a finger | toe, the contamination of the extraction cylinder part by this can also be suppressed.
In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the annular wall is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the dispensing cylinder of the container to ensure confidentiality with the container. The container can be opened easily by acting only on the breakage.
Furthermore, since the distance between the two extension portions straddling the cylindrical portion of the container is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion, when the opening portion is inserted into the cylindrical portion, the extension portion can serve as a guide to perform a smooth insertion operation. .

Since both inner lower ends of the extension part are connected to the upper and outer peripheral edges of the cylindrical part via a breakable bridging part, some force is applied to the knob part during transportation, product display, etc. It can prevent effectively that it will fracture and a pouring cylinder part will be inserted accidentally and will pierce a seal member.
Moreover, since the latching force of an opening member and a cylindrical part improves by providing a protrusion below the extraction cylinder part, it can prevent that an opening member remove | deviates from a cylinder part.
Furthermore, by providing a stopper member on the upper surface of the annular connecting plate so as to face the extension portion, when any load is applied from above the dispensing cylinder portion, the connecting portion is broken, and the sealing portion is sealed by the opening portion. Can be effectively prevented from breaking.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pour tool with an opening is welded or bonded to a container having a seal portion that seals the opening, and the pour tool is bonded or welded around the seal portion. An annular connecting plate and a cylindrical portion extending upward from the inner peripheral edge of the connecting plate, and inside the cylindrical portion, a cylindrical portion via a breakable connecting portion extending radially inward from the cylindrical portion A pour cylinder part extending further upward is connected, and an annular wall having an outer diameter close to the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the cylinder part is provided on the outer periphery of the pour cylinder part. On the outer peripheral surface of the wall and / or on the outer peripheral surface of the extraction tube portion at the upper portion of the annular wall, the base extends in the lateral direction, and extends downward from the lower end of the base along the outer wall of the extraction tube portion. The extension portion is formed, and the upper and lower ends of the extraction tube portion are The lower end is cut obliquely to break the seal part of the container to form a sharp opening part, and the distance between the two extension parts is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical part. Yes.

As a container in which the dispensing tool of the present invention is used, its use, shape, and size are not specified, and it is used to contain liquids such as beverages, seasonings, and medicines, and materials such as paper and plastic are used. It is appropriately selected according to the application.
The opening is provided on the outer surface of the container, and its size and shape are appropriately determined depending on the content liquid.

The seal portion is formed at the spout of the container and seals the leakage of the content liquid. Examples of the material of the seal part include resin-coated aluminum foil and resin film such as polyethylene that can be broken by piercing the opening part that is the tip of the opening member.

The annular connecting plate is welded or bonded to the container. For example, you may adhere | attach via a well-known adhesive agent, and when a pouring tool consists of a thermoplastic resin, you may apply heat and make it weld with a container. The outer diameter of the annular connecting plate is not particularly limited, but a stopper member can be provided on the upper surface of the annular connecting plate. The stopper member extends so as to face the vicinity of the lower end of the extension portion of the knob portion, and stops the lowering of the extension portion. The shape may be cylindrical or prismatic.

The cylindrical portion is formed integrally with the annular connecting plate so as to extend upward from the inner peripheral edge of the annular connecting plate, and is connected to the dispensing cylinder portion via the connecting portion.
The connecting portion extends radially inward in the vicinity of the upper end of the cylindrical portion and is connected to the extraction tube portion, and this connection portion is formed over the entire circumference of the extraction tube portion or through a gap. Has been.
Moreover, this connection part should just be equipped with the intensity | strength which hold | maintains the extraction | pouring cylinder part until the time of opening of a container, The thickness can be set suitably.

The extraction cylinder part is a member inserted into the cylindrical part of the container, and has a shape like a hollow straw whose upper and lower ends are opened. The dispensing cylinder portion has, for example, a hollow cylindrical shape, but is not particularly limited as long as it has a predetermined gap with the cylindrical portion of the container, and the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface thereof. May not be cylindrical.
Further, the lower end of the dispensing cylinder part is cut obliquely to form a sharp opening part, and is inserted into the cylindrical part of the container so that the sealing part of the container is easily broken.

The annular wall has an outer diameter close to the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the cylindrical portion and is formed on the outer periphery of the dispensing cylindrical portion. After the container is opened, the annular wall is in close contact with the upper peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the container. Can seal the leakage of the liquid content from the cylindrical portion during drinking or pouring.

The knob portion has one end connected to at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the annular wall and / or the outer peripheral surface of the extraction tube portion, a flat plate-like base portion extending to the left and right sides, and the extraction tube from the lower ends of both the base portions Since it consists of the extension part each extended below along the outer wall of a part, it is easy for a user to pick it up by hand. In addition, the distance between the extended parts at the position straddling the dispensing cylinder part is formed slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical part, so that it becomes a guide when inserting the dispensing cylinder part into the cylindrical part, and the insertion operation is smooth. It can be carried out.

Further, the bridging part is a member that connects the upper and outer peripheral edges of the cylindrical part and the inner both lower ends of the extension part so as to be breakable, and is a weakened part that can be broken by picking the knob when twisted and twisting in the circumferential direction. It is said. By further providing this bridging portion, it is possible to disperse the force applied to the connecting portion, thereby preventing the connecting portion from being broken and the dispensing cylinder portion being erroneously inserted and breaking through the seal member. can do.

Further, the protrusion is formed below the pouring tube portion, and after the pouring tube portion is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the container, it is locked with the inner wall of the container to prevent the pouring tube portion from coming off. The number of the protrusions formed on the dispensing cylinder part is not particularly limited. For example, the protrusions are formed at three positions in the circumferential direction of the dispensing cylinder part, that is, at an angle of 120 °. Moreover, the slit is provided from the lower end of the extraction cylinder part to the upper part of the middle, and by providing this slit, the content liquid can be poured out without leaving the container after the container is opened.

The upper part of the container 2 is provided with an opening 21 for pouring the content liquid and a seal part 22 for sealing the opening 21. Various shapes and sizes of the container 2 are conceivable depending on the application, and are not particularly limited to the present embodiment.

As a material of the sealing material of the sealing portion 22 that seals the opening portion 21, a polyethylene film or a resin-coated aluminum foil is preferably used, but other known materials may be appropriately used.

And the pouring tool 1 is formed in the container 2 so that the upper part of the opening part 21 of the container 2 may be enclosed. The pouring tool 1 can be broken from the annular connecting plate 11 adhered or welded around the seal portion 22 of the container 2, the cylindrical portion 12 extending upward from the inner peripheral edge of the annular connecting plate 11, and the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12. And has a function of pouring the liquid content of the container 2 and a function of breaking and opening the seal portion 22.

The unsealing member 13 of the dispensing tool 1 includes a dispensing tube portion 131, an annular wall 132, a flat plate-like base portion 133a, a knob portion 133 including an extension portion 133b, and the like. The cylindrical portion 12 and the extraction tube portion 131 are connected to each other via a breakable connecting portion 121 that extends radially inward at the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12.

The extraction cylinder part 131 is disposed inside the cylindrical part 12 so as to extend upward from the cylindrical part 12. This extraction cylinder part 131 is a member which has a hollow cylindrical shape, and the upper end and the lower end are opened. Further, the lower end of the dispensing tube portion 131 is cut obliquely to form the pointed opening portion 130 in order to break the seal portion 22 of the container 2.

In addition, a protrusion 135 is formed on the dispensing cylinder part 131. In this embodiment, three protrusions 135 are formed at an angle of 120 ° with respect to the circumferential direction of the extraction tube portion 131. Note that the number of the protrusions 135 is not limited to three, and may be one, or a plurality other than three may be formed.

An annular wall 132 having an outer diameter that can be brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12 is provided at a predetermined portion on the outer periphery of the extraction tube portion 131. The formation position of the annular wall 132 in the extraction cylinder part 131 is appropriately set according to the length of the extraction cylinder part 131 and the position of the protrusion 135.

On the outer peripheral surface of the annular wall 132 and / or the outer peripheral surface of the extraction tube portion 131, a flat plate-shaped base portion 133a extending to the left and right sides, and along the outer wall of the extraction tube portion 131 from the lower end of the knob 133a. A knob portion 133 is formed which includes an extended portion 133b extending downward.

As shown in FIG. 3, the extension 133 b has both inner lower ends 136 connected to the upper and outer peripheral edges of the cylindrical portion 12 via a breakable bridging portion 137. Further, the distance A between the inner lower ends of the extension part 133 b is formed to be larger than the outer diameter B of the cylindrical part 12.

Further, in the present embodiment, the extraction tube portion 131 and the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12 are connected via the connecting portion 121, and the inner lower ends 136 of the extension portion 133b are connected to the upper and outer peripheral edges of the cylindrical portion 12 and the bridge. Although the example connected via the entanglement part 137 was shown, it is not limited to this aspect in particular, What is necessary is just to provide any one of the connection part 121 and the bridging part 137.

In addition, a removable cap (not shown) or the like may be provided at the upper end of the dispensing tube portion 131, and the content liquid can be sealed and stored after the container 2 is opened by providing the cap. .

Next, the usage pattern of the extraction tool 1 at the time of opening of the container 2 is demonstrated using FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4A, when opening the container 2, the user of the extraction tool 1 picks the knob 133 by hand and twists it downward. Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the connecting portion 121 is broken by this twisting, and the opening portion 130 formed at the lower end of the dispensing cylinder portion 131 breaks the seal portion 22 of the container 2, thereby opening the opening portion. The content liquid can be poured out from the section 21.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the seal portion 22 is broken, the projection 135 formed on the dispensing cylinder portion 131 is locked to the inner wall 23 of the opening portion 21 of the container 2, thereby pouring. The exit tube 131 is prevented from coming off. At this time, the annular wall 132 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12, thereby joining the cylindrical portion 12 and the opening member 13.

After the container 2 is opened, the content liquid can be sealed and sealed by sealing the upper end of the dispensing cylinder 131 of the dispensing tool 1 with a cap prepared separately. Further, in the present embodiment, a slit 138 is provided from the lower end of the dispensing cylinder part 131 to the upper middle. By providing the slit 138, the content liquid in the container 2 can be poured out without leaving.

<実施例2>
<Example 2>
Next, a second embodiment to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to FIGS.
Fig.5 (a) is a perspective view of the extraction tool of Example 2, (b) is a side view which shows the state which attached the extraction tool of Example 2 to the container.
FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which the extraction tool of Example 2 is attached to the container.
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that a stopper member 14 is provided on the annular connecting plate 11, and the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 5, a stopper member 14 is provided on the upper surface of the annular connecting plate 11 so as to extend to face the vicinity of the lower end of the extension 133 b of the knob 133. This stopper member 14 prevents a situation in which, for example, an unexpected force is applied to the opening member 13 from the outside and is inserted into the extraction tube portion 131 of the opening member 13 and the seal portion 22 of the container 2 is inadvertently broken. To do.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable that this stopper member 14 is integrally formed by injection molding similarly to the pouring tool 1, but the pouring tool 1 may be separately bonded on the annular connecting plate. In the present embodiment, the two stopper members 14 have a prismatic shape so as to correspond to the lower ends of both the extended portions 133b. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a cylindrical shape.

When opening the container 2, the user breaks the bridging portion 137 by manually picking and twisting the knob portion 133 of the pouring tool 1, and removes the knob portion 13 from the upper surface of the stopper member 14. Further, by continuously twisting the pouring tool 1 downward, the seal portion 22 of the container 2 can be broken and the container 2 can be opened.

<実施例3>
<Example 3>
FIG. 7: is a perspective view of the extraction tool of Example 3, and further demonstrates the application example of the extraction tool of this invention. The difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that, in the third embodiment, a connecting portion 121 that connects the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12 and the dispensing cylinder portion 131 is formed over the entire circumference of the dispensing cylinder portion. However, it is formed intermittently with a gap.

That is, in the third embodiment, a plurality of the connecting portions 121 are formed intermittently with substantially the same size. In addition, the magnitude | size of the connection part 121 and its space | interval are not specifically limited, What is necessary is just to have thickness and a magnitude | size which only hold | maintains the extraction | pouring cylinder part 131.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be applied to a pouring tool for opening a container.
