Claims (7)
- 質量%で、C:0.3〜0.8%、Si:0.01〜3.0%、Mn:0.1〜3.0%、S:0.01〜0.3%、Cr:0.1〜2.0%、Tiおよび/またはZrを合計で0.05〜2.0%を含み、残部はFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる内燃機関用ピストンリング材であって、その含まれるTiおよび/またはZrとSの関係が、
[Ti(%)+1/2Zr(%)]/S(%)≦5.0
を満たすことを特徴とする内燃機関用ピストンリング材。 - 質量%で、Cu:1.0%以下を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストンリング材。
- 質量%で、Mo:3.0%未満を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストンリング材。
- 質量%で、Al:1.0%以下を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストンリング材。
- 質量%で、Ni:2.0%未満を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストンリング材。
- 質量%で、Cu、Mo、Al、Niのうちのいずれか2種以上の元素を、Cu:1.0%以下、Mo:3.0%未満、Al:1.0%以下、Ni:2.0%未満の範囲で含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストンリング材。
- 質量%で、Cu:1.0%以下、Al:1.0%以下、Ni:2.0%未満を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項3に記載の内燃機関用ピストンリング材。
