Description
[落錘衝撃実験]
本発明の合成繊維性ネットが、規定の高さから落とした規定の重量の錘を捕捉出来るか否かを確かめるための落錘衝撃実験を実施した。
本発明の合成繊維性ネットを用いた引張強度試験を実施した。定速緊張型引張試験機のつかみ具間隔を50cmに設定し、ネットから1節1脚の試験片を切り出してつかみ具にセットし、15cm/minの引張速度で引張強さと伸び率を測定した。

Claims (3)
- 濃度の薄い樹脂溶液を紡糸金口から押し出し、得られたフィラメントを溶剤中のポリマーの膨潤点以下に冷却し、さらにポリマー融点の温度にまで加熱して引き伸ばすことにより得られる高強度合成繊維を撚糸し、一方ポリエチレンを加熱溶融させて紡糸金口から押し出して引き伸ばした耐候性合成繊維を撚糸し、前記耐候性合成繊維の撚糸が他方の前記高強度合成繊維の撚糸を螺旋状に被覆したことを特徴とする合成繊維製ネット。
- 前記高強度合成繊維および前記耐候性合成繊維が長繊維である請求項1に記載の合成繊維製ネット。
- 前記高強度合成繊維および前記耐候性合成繊維を構成する樹脂はポリエチレンである
請求項1に記載の合成繊維製ネット。
