Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a work vehicle having excellent traveling performance.
In the configuration of
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a work vehicle that does not stall when an excessive load exceeding a certain level is applied to a hydrostatic transmission (HST).
The problems of the present invention are solved by the following means.
The invention according to
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the hydrostatic transmission (7) is controlled so as to correspond to the amount of depression of the accelerator pedal (9), the hydrostatic transmission (7) When the pressure detection value of the hydraulic closed circuit (7d) at the hydraulic motor (7b) exceeds a predetermined value, the shift output of the hydrostatic transmission (7) is moved to the deceleration side to prevent engine stall.
Alternatively, when the inclination angle of the slope detected by the front / rear inclination sensor (77) during traveling is equal to or greater than a certain value, the output of the hydrostatic transmission (7) is controlled to shift to the deceleration side, While traveling on a slope, the traveling speed can be reduced for safety.
Further, when turning, the output to the deceleration side of the hydrostatic transmission (7) by the operation of the accelerator pedal (9) with respect to the output to the deceleration side of the hydrostatic transmission (7) that decelerates for turning. If this is on the low speed side, the output to the deceleration side of the hydrostatic transmission (7) by the operation of the accelerator pedal (9) is preferentially performed, so that control consistent with the operation of the operator's vehicle is achieved. Can be achieved.
Moreover, if vehicle speed detected is a predetermined value or less by the vehicle speed sensor (74), high-speed side change-over switch (62a) and the low-speed side change-over switch (62b) high-speed side hydraulic clutch either is operated (51) or low By shortening the time required to connect the side hydraulic clutch (52), the high-speed side hydraulic clutch (51) or the low-speed side hydraulic clutch (52) can be switched smoothly without shock, and when shifting down on an uphill Therefore, it is possible to minimize the backward movement of the fuselage at the time of switching.

On the clutch shaft 45 provided in parallel with the main transmission shaft 41, there are provided a transmission clutch gear 46 and a gear 47 that are always meshed with the large gear 42 and the intermediate gear 43, respectively. A hydraulic clutch 51 and a hydraulic clutch 52 are provided on the clutch shaft 45 between them, and a differential device 53 is connected to the output side of the clutch shaft 45, and the front end of the front wheel output shaft ( Power is transmitted to (not shown), and the

When the engine 3 is started, either one or both of the forward /
During forward travel (1st speed and 2nd speed), first, the forward /
When the
In the case of the first speed, the
Further, when the accelerator pedal 9 is depressed, the vehicle starts traveling. Corresponding to the depression amount of the accelerator pedal 9 (detected by the position sensor 71), the trunnion shaft of the variable
By rotating the trunnion shaft, the rotational power of the engine 3 is output from the
As for the power of the main transmission shaft 41, when the hydraulic clutch 52 is connected, the first speed is output, and the power is sequentially transmitted to the gear 43, the gear 47, the hydraulic clutch 52, and the shaft 45. In the case of the second speed to which the hydraulic clutch 51 is connected, power is transmitted to the gear 42, the gear 46, the hydraulic clutch 51, and the shaft 45 in order.
The power of the shaft 45 is transmitted to the gear 48b, the gear 44b, the gear 37, and the gear 56 in order. Then, the left and right
Further, the
When the PTO hydraulic clutch 34 is connected, the power of the shaft 32 is transmitted to the shaft 35 to drive the work implement. On the other hand, when four-wheel drive is selected, a four-wheel drive lever (not shown) is operated to mesh the gear 60 with the gear 58. Then, the power of the gear 56 is transmitted to the gear 57, the gear 58, the gear 60, and the shaft 61, and further passes through the differential device 53 to drive the
Since the shift by the
Since the output of the main transmission is performed by the connection of the hydraulic clutches 52 and 51, a shift while traveling is possible. Therefore, during working travel and turns on and off the
Further, during reverse travel, the forward /
When only the
When forward traveling (3rd speed and 4th speed) is selected, the following traveling control is performed.
That is, the 3rd speed (low speed travel) and the 4th speed (high speed travel) are both low speed and high speed during travel, and basically the work machine is not used, but depending on the conditions, the work machine is used at the 3rd speed. Sometimes work is done. When the
In the case of the third speed, when the
In this embodiment, the amount of rotation of the trunnion shaft of the
At this time, when the sub transmission lever sensor 65 for detecting the operation of the
If the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed sensor 74 is below a certain value regardless of whether the
In this way, the high-speed hydraulic clutch 51 or the low-speed hydraulic clutch 52 can be switched smoothly without shock, and can be switched in a short period when shifting down on an uphill, so that the aircraft can be retracted to a minimum. Can be suppressed.
Note that the forward / reverse switching of the work vehicle is performed by switching the rotation direction of a trunnion shaft (not shown) of the
Further, the HST trunnion shaft is driven by the
This is because the engine 3 may stall when an excessive load exceeding a certain hydraulic pressure is applied to the HST hydraulic closed circuit 7d, and the engine brake is not effective in the case of a hydraulic clutch configuration including the hydraulic clutches 51 and 52, particularly on an inclined ground. There is a risk that the vehicle will descend along the slope. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic circuit 7d on both sides of the
Alternatively, the vehicle may be provided with a front / rear tilt sensor 77 to move the trunnion shaft to the deceleration side only when the tilt angle of the running slope is equal to or greater than a certain value. This is because there is no concern that the vehicle will move even if it stalls on flat ground, so that it is possible to improve work efficiency by reducing the vehicle speed as much as possible, while traveling on a front and rear slope, The traveling speed is reduced only when is an inclination angle equal to or greater than a certain value.
Further, as shown in the timing chart of FIG. 7, the
Furthermore, if the inclination angle of the slope is equal to or greater than a certain value, the hydraulic clutches 51 and 52 are not disengaged until the brake is depressed even when the forward /
Further, the working vehicle of this embodiment can also perform the following control.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the steering angle sensor 78 detects that the steering angle of the
Further, when the trunnion position by the operation of the accelerator pedal 9 is on the lower speed side than the position of the trunnion shaft to be decelerated at the time of turning, the trunnion shaft position obtained by the operation of the accelerator pedal 9 is positioned so that the operator's vehicle Control consistent with operation can be achieved.
Further, if the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed sensor 74 during the auto-cruise that keeps the running state of the vehicle when the auto-cruise switch 81 is turned on is kept above a certain value, the vehicle speed below the certain value. It is set as the structure which decelerates to become. At this time, if the turning angle of the
Conventionally, the depression of the
Further, the operation speed of the trunnion shaft may be determined in consideration of not only the stepping position of the
