Claims (3)
- 接合面を研磨したWC―Co系超硬合金からなる超硬チップ同士を、コバルト、ニッケル又は高コバルト超硬合金からなる薄板状の接合材を挟んで上下に重ね合わせた状態で、非酸化性雰囲気中で1300〜1400℃の温度に加熱し、接合材に液相を生じさせて前記超硬チップ中に浸透させることにより、超硬チップ同士を接合材を介して一体化することを特徴とする積層超硬チップの製造方法。
- 上記加熱を3〜10torrの真空中で行う請求項1に記載の積層超硬チップの製造方法。
- 上記請求項1または2の製造方法により製造された積層超硬チップ。
