Claims (2)
- 重ね面の少なくとも一方が表面処理された金属板からなる第1と第2のワークを積層して、レーザで溶接を行うレーザ溶接方法において、
円形の開口部を有するクランプ用治具で、第1ワークの溶接箇所周辺をクランプする第1工程と、
前記第1工程の後、前記溶接箇所に対して、前記レーザを照射して溶融部を形成する第2工程と、
前記第2工程の後、前記溶融部の周囲に、前記レーザを照射して加熱部を形成することにより、前記第1ワークと、第2ワークとの重ね面の間に隙間を設ける第3工程と、
前記第3工程の後、前記溶接箇所にレーザを照射して前記第1ワークと前記第2ワークとを本溶接するとともに、該本溶接期間中に発生する表面処理層から生じたガスを前記隙間内に拡散させる第4工程とを有すること
を特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。 - 請求項1記載のレーザ溶接方法において、
前記クランプ用治具は少なくとも1箇所に該治具の外部と連通する連通口を有し、
前記加熱部に前記連通口に対応してフォーミング欠落部を設けること
を特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
