Description
The present invention relates to a shoe, an insole, slippers, sandals, or other footwear, socks, gloves, and the like having a portion that contacts the surface of a foot or a hand.
Conventionally, walking, running with shoes or other footwear, or doing other exercises or sports, rubbing at the part where the foot and footwear touch each other can cause legging or inflammation. A bug sometimes occurred. In addition, the impact was transmitted to the feet and body through the footwear, which caused discomfort and fatigue.
Similarly, in the case of socks, there is a problem that leg and other inconveniences occur on the foot due to rubbing between the foot and the sock when walking, running or other exercise or sports while wearing the sock. was there.
Similarly, in the case of gloves, there is a problem that the work rubs between the gloves and the palm of the hand and causes skin irritation.
As a method for solving the above-described problems, there have been conventionally provided wears such as footwear and socks in which a material that hardly causes rubbing is applied to a contact portion with the sole or palm of the foot.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-59804 (Patent Document 1) discloses a foamed urethane sponge (5) having cushioning properties and anti-slip properties attached to the inner surface of a sock bag (4). .
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2006-37282 (Patent Document 2) discloses that a reinforcing material (2, 3) made of foamed polyurethane is provided on the back side of a sock.
JP 2006-130036 A (Patent Document 3) is provided with a sheet-like urging member (5) having several through holes (21) on a part of the upper surface of the insole body (2), An insole provided with an anti-slip member (4) at a position below the opening of the through hole (21) of the biasing member (5) is disclosed. In this insole, when a load is applied to the insole body (2), the upper surface of the anti-slip member (4) comes out higher than the upper surface of the insole body (2) via the biasing member (5). The anti-slip effect is demonstrated by making it. On the other hand, in a state where no load is applied, since the frictional force due to the anti-slip member (4) is not received, the footwear can be taken off and put on smoothly.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-162149 (Patent Document 4) discloses a sock body that is provided with anti-slip on the lower and inner surfaces of the sole.
Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3109393 (Patent Document 5) discloses a sock having an inner non-slip surface portion (3i) on the inner surface of the sock body (2) and an outer non-slip surface portion (3o) on the outer surface.
Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3174314 (Patent Document 6) discloses a shoe or insole in which an impact absorbing material or an anti-slip material is disposed.
Although what is disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1, 2, 4 to 6 can prevent slipping of a foot or the like by providing an anti-slip material, When putting in, there was a problem that the foot could not be smoothly put into shoes or socks because of the non-slip material.
On the other hand, in the case of the above-mentioned Patent Document 3, the anti-slip member (4) and the urging member (5) can prevent the foot from slipping and smoothly put in the foot. However, the urging member (5) is a seat member having cushioning properties, but in order to allow the anti-slip member (4) to protrude upward from below through the opening of the through hole (21), a sheet shape is used. The biasing member (5) requires a certain degree of hardness. For this reason, there are the following problems.
A. First, such a hard biasing member (5) cannot be applied to the entire insole surface. When applied to the whole, the insole itself tends to be hard, and the comfort becomes worse.
B. Secondly, the sheet-like urging member (5) having such a large through hole (21) requires a certain area or more, and it is difficult to finely apply it to a narrow local area.
C. Third, as described above, since the biasing member (5) needs a certain degree of hardness, it is likely to lack cushioning properties, and when such a biasing member (5) is applied to socks, the sock is in a rigid state. It becomes.
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and is not only rich in cushioning properties, but also prevents or reduces rubbing with a part of the body such as a foot or a hand. Inflammation can be prevented, and when inserting a foot or hand into a shoe, sock or glove, this can be done smoothly, and such functions can be arranged finely in a narrow area. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wear that has a portion that touches the surface of a foot or a hand, such as shoes, insoles, slippers, sandals, socks, gloves, and the like that can be exhibited.
To achieve the above object, the wear of the present invention is a wear including footwear such as shoes, insole, slippers, sandals, socks, gloves, and the like provided with a portion that directly contacts the sole or palm of the foot ,
The portion that directly contacts the sole of the foot or the palm is made of a non-slip cushioning material (11) made of rubber or plastic, and the surface of the non- slip cushion material (11) is made good. A mesh structure is formed by covering the slippery net body (12) in a stretched state ,
The mesh structure comprising the slippery net body (12) has a mesh thread diameter (12a) of the slippery net body (12) constituting the mesh structure of 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm. area of the opening (12b) of the structure is configured to be 2.0mm 2 ~250.0mm 2,
Further , the first feature is that the non- slip cushioning material (11) is made of open-cell foamed rubber or foamed plastic .
In addition to the first feature described above, the wear of the present invention is not limited to the sole of the foot or the palm of the hand, and other wear parts that are in direct contact with the foot or the hand are made of a non-slip cushioning material (11). The second feature is that a mesh structure is formed by a net body (12) having good slipperiness .
According to wear according to claim 1, shoes, insoles, slippers, shoes such as sandals, socks, among of the upper A such as gloves, fire the back or palm direct contact with portions of the foot of rubber or plastic It is made of a sliding cushion material (11) . Further, a mesh structure of a slippery net body (12) is formed on the surface of the non- slip cushioning material (11) .
Further, in the mesh structure composed of the good slip net body (12), the diameter of the net yarn (12a) constituting the mesh structure is 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm, and the area of the opening (12b) is 2.0 mm 2. is composed of ~250.0Mm 2 become such conditions.
By applying the slippery net body (12) having the mesh structure having such conditions to the surface of the non-slip cushioning material (11), it can be worn smoothly with bare feet and bare hands. In addition, it has good adhesion when worn, etc., thus preventing inflammation and legumes caused by rubbing.
That is, the non- slip cushion material (11) covered with the mesh structure with the slippery net body (12) under the above-described conditions is the cushion material from above the net body (12). When pressure such as body weight is applied vertically in the direction, the contact surface is brought into direct contact with the sole or palm of the foot through the mesh opening (12b) of the net body (12) . The non-slip cushioning material (11) is in contact with the soles and palms of the foot, thereby preventing the soles and palms from rubbing, resulting in repeated rubbing that occurs on the soles and palms of the feet. Friction inflammation, legumes, and other inflammation can be prevented.
Also, under the above conditions, when putting on shoes, socks, etc., the pressure in the vertical direction on the non-slip cushioning material (11) by the foot etc. is relatively small, so On the other hand, the trapping due to contact with the material (11) is reduced, while the soles and the like are easily slid on the top surface of the net body (12) having good slipperiness. For this reason, it becomes easy to wear shoes, socks, etc. even by the presence of the non-slip cushioning material (11) . In the case of gloves, for the same reason, it is easy to put on, and repeated rubbing that occurs on the palm of the hand during work can be prevented, and the occurrence of legumes and other inflammations can be suppressed.
In addition, by covering the surface of the cushion material (11) with the net body (12) , it is possible to follow the elastic deformation of the cushion material (11) and to exhibit a desired function.
In the case of a configuration for coating the surface of the cushion member (11) with net member (12), it is possible to mounting the net member (12) is easily performed even when reaching the local, flexible with a like socks and gloves There is no loss of sex.
In addition , according to the wear of claim 1 , since the non- slip cushioning material (11) is made of open-cell foamed rubber or foamed plastic,
Due to the continuous air bubbles, moisture due to sweat on the soles of the feet and palms can be discharged quickly, so that the soles and palms of the feet can be prevented from becoming stuffy, and therefore more effective for repeated feet and hands. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of friction inflammation and legumes due to rubbing .
Further, according to the wear described in claim 2 , in addition to the function and effect of the configuration described in claim 1, not only the sole of the foot or the palm but also other wear parts directly contacting the foot or the hand are difficult. Since it is composed of a slippery cushioning material (11) and a mesh structure composed of a slippery net body (12), the effect of claim 1 is exerted on parts other than the soles and palms of the feet. First, with reference to FIGS. 1-4, the structure is demonstrated about the sock which concerns on 1st Embodiment of the wear of this invention.

The inner bottom surface 10a of the
The reason for arranging the
In addition, the
The

Examples of the soft foam rubber and soft foam plastic include open cell rubber sponge, open cell soft urethane foam, and soft foam polyethylene.
The slippery
First, the

Further, the

Referring to FIG. 3, the

In the above description, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the

The operation of the

FIG. 4B shows a state in which the

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an inner bottom portion of a shoe showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the inner bottom surface 20a of the
