Description
Claims (11)
- 建物内の電気負荷に給電するための給電経路が構築されているとともに、蓄電池が設置されている建物に適用され、
前記建物に対して商用電源及び前記蓄電池以外の電源装置である外部電源装置を接続経路により前記建物と電気的に接続した状態で、その接続経路を通じて前記外部電源装置から前記給電経路及び前記蓄電池に対する給電を可能とした建物の給電システムにおいて、
前記外部電源装置のエネルギ残量に関する情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が所定の下限設定値よりも低下しないように前記接続経路を通じての給電を管理する給電管理手段と、
前記外部電源装置から前記給電経路への給電が行われる第1位置と、前記外部電源装置から前記蓄電池への給電が行われる第2位置と、前記外部電源装置から前記給電経路及び前記蓄電池のいずれにも給電が行われない第3位置とに位置切替が可能とされた切替手段と、を備えることを特徴とする建物の電源システム。 - 前記外部電源装置には、電力出力端子が設けられ、
前記建物には、電力入力端子が設けられ、
前記接続経路は、その両端部に一対の接続プラグを有した接続電力線であり、
それら各接続プラグがそれぞれ前記電力入力端子と前記電力出力端子とに差し込まれることで、前記接続電力線を介して前記建物と前記外部電源装置とが電気的に接続されている請求項1に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記建物には、太陽光が照射されることで太陽光発電を行う太陽光発電装置が設置されており、
前記太陽光発電装置の発電電力による前記蓄電池の充電が可能とされており、
前記商用電源の商用電力による前記蓄電池の充電が可能とされており、
前記太陽光発電装置から前記蓄電池への給電を遮断可能な第1遮断装置と、
前記商用電源から前記蓄電池への給電を遮断可能な第2遮断装置と、
を備える請求項1又は2に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記下限設定値として、第1設定値と、その第1設定値よりも小さい第2設定値とが設定されており、
前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が前記第1設定値よりも大きい場合には、前記切替手段を前記第1位置に切り替えて前記外部電源装置から前記給電経路への給電を行い、前記エネルギ残量が前記第1設定値よりも小さく前記第2設定値よりも大きい場合には、第1処理を行い、前記エネルギ残量が前記第2設定値まで低下した場合には、前記第1処理とは異なる第2処理として前記切替手段を前記第3位置に切り替えて前記外部電源装置から前記給電経路及び前記蓄電池への給電を行わない請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記下限設定値として、第1設定値と、その第1設定値よりも小さい第2設定値とが設定されており、
前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が前記下限設定値としての第1設定値まで低下した場合に第1処理として、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が前記第1設定値まで低下した旨をユーザに対してスピーカからの音声又はランプからの光によって知らせる処理を行い、
前記第1設定値よりも小さい第2設定値まで低下した場合に第2処理として、前記切替手段を前記第3位置に切り替えて前記外部電源装置からの給電を行わないようにする処理を行う請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が所定の下限設定値まで低下した場合に前記外部電源装置から建物側への給電を停止又は低減させる請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。
- 前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が前記下限設定値まで低下した場合に報知処理を実行する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。
- 前記外部電源装置は、車両に搭載された車載電源装置であり、
前記エネルギ残量は、前記車載電源装置の電気残容量である請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記車両の電気残容量と走行可能距離との関係があらかじめ規定されており、その関係を用い走行距離設定値に基づいて前記下限設定値を設定する設定手段を備える請求項8に記載の建物の電源システム。
- 前記建物に接続される車両は、動力源として電動機と内燃機関とを備えるハイブリッド車両であり、
前記取得手段は、前記ハイブリッド車両から燃料残量の情報を取得し、
前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得した燃料残量が所定の下限設定値よりも低下しないように前記接続経路を通じての給電を管理する請求項8又は9に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記建物の屋根部分に、太陽光が照射されることで太陽光発電を行う太陽光発電装置を設置し、前記太陽光発電装置から前記給電経路に対しての給電を可能とした建物の電源システムにおいて、
前記外部電源装置よりも優先して前記太陽光発電装置から前記給電経路への給電を実施する請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。
