Description
A7002-OHを10リットル使用し、原水は限外濾過水を使い、6%の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液を原料として処理した結果、pH4.9〜5.1、有効塩素濃度970〜1000ppmの純粋な分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を毎時約1トンで連続的に得ることができた。

Claims (7)
- 次亜塩素酸塩溶液を水素型陽イオン交換樹脂で処理し、金属イオンを水素イオンで置換した後に、前記処理液を水酸型陰イオン交換樹脂で処理し、塩素イオンを水酸イオンで置換することにより、分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法であって、前記水素型陽イオン交換樹脂の交換容量をA(当量)、陽イオン交換処理時間をT(秒)及び、T秒間に処理される次亜塩素酸塩溶液の有効塩素量をC(mol)とした時(A×T)÷Cの値が200以上であることを特徴とする、分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法。
- 水酸型陰イオン交換樹脂の交換容量をB(当量)、陰イオン交換処理時間をT(秒)及び、T秒間に処理される次亜塩素酸塩溶液の有効塩素量をC(mol)とした時(B×T)÷Cの値が5以上100以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法。
- 次亜塩素酸塩溶液を水素型陽イオン交換樹脂で処理し、金属イオンを水素イオンで置換した後の溶液のpHが6.5以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法。
- 次亜塩素酸塩溶液を水素型陽イオン交換樹脂で処理し、金属イオンを水素イオンで置換した後に、前記処理液を水酸型陰イオン交換樹脂で処理し、塩素イオンを水酸イオンで置換した後の処理液のpHが4以上8以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載の分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法により得られた分子状次亜塩素酸溶液をさらに水で希釈し、分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法。
- 次亜塩素酸塩が次亜塩素酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の分子状次亜塩素酸溶液を調製する方法。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法により得られた分子状次亜塩素酸溶液。
