Description
即ち、本発明は、太陽電池の出力特性測定用のソーラーシミュレータにおいて、光源装置側ではなく、その光を受ける測定対象の受光面側において照度の場所むらの抜本的改善をしたソーラーシミュレータを使用する測定方法を提供することを、その課題とするものである。
即ち、本発明ソーラーシミュレータの測定対象の受光側近傍に配備される光量調整部の構成は、測定対象である太陽電池の受光面全域を複数区画に分割して形成される各区画受光面が受ける光源装置からの光の照度に合わせて選択される光量調整部材と当該調整部材を配置して支持する支持手段を備えて光量調整部を形成し、該光量調整部を、ソーラーシミュレータにセットされた前記太陽電池の受光面に近接させて当該ソーラーシミュレータにセットするようにしたことを特徴とするものである。
図5は本発明を適用する太陽電池の一例を模式的に示した平面図、図6は図5の縦断正面図、図7は本発明方法により出力特性の測定をする本発明ソーラーシミュレータの例を模式的に例示した断面図、図8は図7のソーラーシミュレータで測定される太陽電池の受光側にセットした光量調整部において光量調整部材の配置例とその支持手段の例を模式的に示した斜視図、図9は照度設定用モジュールの一例の断面図、図10は照度設定用モジュールの別例の断面図、図11は図10の照度設定用モジュールの使用態様例の断面図である。
(1) 高精度に太陽電池の出力特性の測定が可能となる。
(2) 形状因子FFの『場所むら』による変化を可及的に小さくできる。
(3) 狙った区画(小面積)ごとに直接照度の調整ができるので、照度むらを無くすための調整を容易、かつ、高精度に行うことができる。
(4) 測定対象となる太陽電池の態様に応じて、光量調整部及び/又は照度設定用モジュールを予め製作しておくことにより、測定対象モジュールの構成や形態が変わっても、各モジュール構成や形態に対応した光量調整部及び/又は照度設定用モジュールを選択して使用することにより、各測定対象モジュールの機種変更に迅速に対応した高精度の測定を実現できる。

Claims (5)
- 光源ランプ,ランプ光の反射部を備えた光源装置と、該光源装置の光放射面に対し測定対象の受光面を対向配置できる測定対象のセット部とを具備したソーラーシミュレータにより測定対象を太陽電池としてその出力特性を測定するとき、前記太陽電池の受光面と前記光源装置の間に前記受光面に近接させて光量調整部を設け、該光量調整部の全域を複数の略矩形状の受光区画に分割し、分割した各区画に対し選択した複数種類の光量調整部材を配置し、前記各区画に対応する前記受光面における前記光源装置による照度を測定し、前記受光面全域における照度を均一化乃至ほぼ均一化してから、前記光源装置の光を測定対象としての太陽電池の受光面に照射することを特徴とする太陽電池の出力特性の測定方法。
- 光量調整部の各区画に配置する光量調整部材は、その支持手段に保持させて配置する請求項1に記載の測定方法。
- 光量調整部材は、遮光網,遮光テープ,遮光シートのいずれかで形成した請求項1又は2に記載の測定方法。
- 光量調整部材の支持手段を、光透過性の高い無色透明樹脂板や無色透明ガラス板、或は、各光量調整部材の外周縁に沿った格子状支持パターンを有する枠体により形成した請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の測定方法。
- 測定対象となる複数種の太陽電池に形成される区画受光面の大きさや数に合せて選択される複数種類の光量調整部材を複数の支持手段に配備してユニット化した複数種の光量調整部を予め用意しておき、前記測定対象の太陽電池に対応する所要の光量調整部を選択してソーラーシミュレータにセットする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の測定方法。
