Claims (9)
- 正極タップ及び負極タップを具備する電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容される缶と、
中心部から一側部方向に偏った位置に形成された端子通孔を具備して前記缶の上端開口部を密封するキャッププレートと、
前記端子通孔に挿入される電極端子と、
を含み、前記電極端子は前記キャッププレートの上部から前記キャッププレートの中心部を通るように延長されて形成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は前記キャッププレートの上面に突出される部分であるヘッド部と前記端子通孔に挿入される部分である柱部を含んで形成され、前記ヘッド部は前記キャッププレートの中心部を通るように延長されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの一側に偏った位置の下部には前記電極端子と電気的に接続されるターミナルプレートが形成され、キャッププレートの下面と前記ターミナルプレートの間には絶縁プレートが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁プレートの下面には二次保護素子が付着され、前記二次保護素子は一側に形成された第1連結タップによって前記ターミナルプレートと電気的に接続され、他側に形成された第2連結タップによって前記負極タップと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁プレートと二次保護素子の間には断熱プレートが更に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの下面のうち中心部から他側に偏った位置には第2絶縁プレートが形成され、前記第2絶縁プレートの下面には第2ターミナルプレートが更に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁プレートの下面には二次保護素子が形成され、前記二次保護素子の他側は第3連結タップによって前記第2ターミナルプレートと連結され、二次保護素子の一側は第4連結タップによって前記キャッププレートの下面に連結され、前記第2ターミナルプレートは前記正極タップと連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの一側に偏った位置の下面には絶縁プレートが形成され、前記絶縁プレートの下面には前記電極端子及び負極タップと電気的に接続される二次保護素子が付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子とキャッププレートの間には絶縁ガスケットが設置され、前記絶縁ガスケットは電極端子に対応する大きさ及び形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
