Claims (7)
- 1列の動翼(14)と、該1列の動翼(14)を半径方向間隙を置いて該動翼の前縁(26)から後縁(28)まで囲繞する内面を含む圧縮機ケーシング(32)とを備える圧縮機であって、
前記内面は、
前記動翼の先端(22)を前記後縁において囲う半径方向内側に凸形の後部(32a)と、
前記後部より大きな半径を有し該後部の上流に配置され、前記前縁において前記動翼の先端(22)を囲う前部(32b)と
を備え、
前記前部(32b)は軸方向後方に向けて先細で前記動翼間の流路(40)の流路口(40b)を囲い、該流路口(40b)の各々は、前記動翼の1つの前縁における正圧面から、当該動翼の隣の他の動翼の負圧面における前縁の後方位置まで、ほぼ垂直に延び、
前記1列の動翼は、軸方向に整合するように前記ケーシングの内部に同軸に配置され、
前記動翼が、前記ケーシングの前記内面との間に実質的に一様な間隙ができるように該ケーシングの前記内面と相補的形状をした半径方向外側先端(22)を含み、
前記流路は、前記他の動翼の後縁の負圧面側から隣接する前記動翼の1つの正圧面に略垂直に画成される流路出口(40d)と、前記他の動翼の負圧面側から隣接する前記動翼の1つの正圧面に略垂直に画成される最小面積のスロート部(40c)とを備え、
前記流路(40)は、前記流路口(40b)から前記スロート部(40c)まで先細であり、該スロート部(40c)から前記流路出口(40d)まで末広になっており、該スロート部(40c)は、前記他の動翼の翼弦中央より後方に位置する
ことを特徴とする、圧縮機。
- 前記内面が、前記前部及び後部にそって半径方向内側に凸形で先細となる、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記前部(32b)と同軸に結合した末広入口(32d)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 前記入口(32d)が半径方向外側に凹形である、請求項3記載の圧縮機。
- 前記前部(32b)が半径方向外側に凹形であり、前記ケーシングの前記前部と前記後部との間の中間部(32c)が円錐形であり、前記後部(32a)が半径方向内側に凸形である、請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 半径方向外側に延在する段差部(42)で前記前部(32b)と同軸に結合した入口(32d)をさらに含む、請求項5記載の圧縮機。
- 前記内面の前部(32b)には、前記動翼の先端(22)に向かって開く単一の周溝(46)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
