Description
一方、ソレノイド25によって、スピル弁体23がスピル弁ばね23eの付勢力に抗して右側方に摺動される場合、スピル弁体23のシール面23bがインサートピース22の弁座22bに着座される。その結果、第二燃料供給路21bと第二スピル油排出路21cとの連通が遮断される。

Claims (4)
- 電磁スピル弁を具備する燃料噴射ポンプであって、
前記電磁スピル弁は、
インサートピース内装孔が形成されるハウジングと、
内周面に弁座を有する略円筒状に形成され、前記インサートピース内装孔に軸心を一致させて着脱可能に内装されるインサートピースと、
外周面に前記弁座と相対するシール面を有する略円柱状に形成され、前記インサートピースの軸方向一側方に摺動されると前記シール面が前記弁座に着座可能に前記インサートピースに摺動自在に挿入されるスピル弁体と、
前記インサートピース内装孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、前記スピル弁体が前記インサートピースの軸方向他側方に摺動されたとき、当該スピル弁体と当接可能なストッパと、
前記スピル弁体を軸方向一側方に摺動可能なソレノイドと、
前記スピル弁体を軸方向他側方に付勢する付勢部材と、
を具備する燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記電磁スピル弁は、
前記インサートピースの他側端が前記ストッパに当接するとともに、前記シール面が前記弁座に着座したとき、前記スピル弁体の一側端が前記ストッパから離間するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記電磁スピル弁は、
前記スピル弁体を前記インサートピースのみで支持することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。 - 前記電磁スピル弁は、
前記インサートピースの他側端と前記ストッパとの間にシムが交換自在に介装されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ポンプ。
