In a dry atmosphere such as in winter, various parts are charged and often grounded when touched by a person, giving unpleasant feeling. For example, an automobile fuel cap may be grounded when a person opens and closes the lid, causing discomfort. For this reason, conventionally, a conductive material added with carbon is used as a cover material for a fuel cap of an automobile, and a ground path is secured by connecting the cover to the vehicle body through a filler neck.
