Claims (12)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルと電気的に接続される回路モジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記回路モジュールを収納するケースと、
を含み、
前記ケースは、
開口したボックス状に形成され、複数の係合突起が形成された第1ケースと、
開口したボックス状に形成され、前記第1ケースと結合して前記複数の係合突起が嵌合するように複数の係合孔が形成された第2ケースと、
を含み、
前記複数の係合突起は、前期第1ケースの一面に形成され、
前記第1ケースは前記一面から前記係合突起の突出方向に離隔された領域に形成された構造物をさらに含み、
前記構造物は、前記複数のバッテリーセルをグループに分け、前記バッテリーセルの流動を防止する固定壁であり、
前記複数の係合突起は、前記第1ケースの一面にグループに分けられて形成され、隣接したグループは互いに離隔し、
前記第1ケースは、前記複数の係合突起のグループのそれぞれと対応するガイド壁を有するバッテリーパック。 - 前記ガイド壁は、前記第1ケースの一面から前記係合突起の突出方向に延びたガイド延長面と、前記ガイド延長面から折り曲げられて延びたガイド側面と、前記ガイド側面中の前記係合突起と対応する領域に形成されたガイド溝と、を含む請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1ケースの一面と前記構造物との間の離隔距離は、前記第1ケースの一面から突出する係合突起の突出幅の3倍〜10倍である請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1ケースの一面と前記構造物との間の離隔距離は3mm〜10mmである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記構造物は、前記第1ケースの一面中の前記隣接したグループ間の離隔領域に対応するように位置する請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1ケースは、配置面と第1側面とを含み、
前記第1側面は、
前記配置面における対向する長辺から折り曲げられて延びた第1長側面と、
前記配置面における対向する短辺から折り曲げられて延び、前記第1長側面を繋ぐ第1短側面を含み、
前記複数の係合突起は前記第1長側面中の一長側面にグループ別に分けられて形成される請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1ケースは、
前記配置面の内側で前記第1長側面中の他長側面と、
前記第1短側面と平行に延びたリブ面と、
前記リブ面に形成された複数の補助孔と、
前記リブ面よりも前記配置面の内側で前記他長側面と平行に延び、前記第1ケースの内部で前記バッテリーセルから前記回路モジュールを分離させるように前記回路モジュールの装着空間を形成する第1分離壁と、
前記他長側面に形成された第1コネクタ露出溝と、をさらに含む請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第2ケースは、カバー面と第2側面とを含み、
前記カバー面は、一側に突出部を有して前記配置面と対向し、メイン面と、前記メイン面から折り曲げられて延びた段差面と、前記段差面から折り曲げられて前記メイン面と平行に延びたサブ面を含み、
前記第2側面は、前記カバー面における対向する長辺から折り曲げられて延びた第2長側面と、前記カバー面における対向する短辺から折り曲げられて延びて前記第2長側面を繋ぐ第2短側面を含み、
前記第2ケースの内側で、前記第2長側面中の一長側面と前記段差面との間の距離は、前記第2長側面中の他長側面と前記段差面との間の距離より短い請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数の係合孔は、前記複数の係合突起と嵌合するように前記第2ケースの一長側面中の前記係合突起と相応する位置に形成される請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第2ケースの一長側面は、前記第1ケースの一長側面とガイド壁との間に形成される離隔空間に嵌挿する請求項8又は9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第2ケースは、
前記第2長側面中の他長側面と、
前記第2短側面に形成された複数の補助突起と、
前記補助突起よりも前記カバー面の内側で前記第2長側面中の他長側面と平行に延び、前記第2ケースの内部で前記バッテリーセルから前記回路モジュールを分離させるように、前記第1ケースの第1分離壁と対応して形成される第2分離壁と、
前記第2長側面中の他長側面に形成され、前記ケースで前記回路モジュールに装着されるコネクタが露出されるように、前記第1コネクタ露出溝と対応して形成された第2コネクタ露出溝とをさらに含む請求項8又は9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルは複数個の円筒形リチウムイオン電池である請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーパック。
