Claims (18)
- 互いに無関係な少なくとも2つの締付け個所を持つ母線片(2)及び少なくとも2つの接触ばね(6a,6b)を有するばね力接続装置(1)であって、電気導体を締付けるため、これらの締付け個所がそれぞれ1つの締付けばね(6a,6b)のばね端部と共同作用し、母線片(2)が、中間部分(3)の両端に、中間部分(3)からそれぞれ同じ向きに屈曲して互いに対向する2つの終端部分(4a,4b)を持ち、これらの終端部分(4a,4b)の屈曲範囲の内角が母線片(2)の同じ上側にあり、終端部分(4a,4b)がそれぞれ導体貫通口(5a,5b)を持ち、これらの導体貫通口へ対応する締付けばね(6a,6b)が差込まれており、締付けばね(6a,6b)の一方の締付けばね端部が、母線片(2)に支持され、導体なしの操作されない状態において他方の締付けばね端部が、対応する導体貫通口(5a,5b)に形成される締付け個所に載っているものにおいて、締付け個所が中間部分(3)に対向して設けられ、従って導体貫通口(5a,5b)へ差込まれる導体が、中間部分(3)と締付け個所との間にあり、導体貫通口(5a,5b)の少なくとも1つが、締付け個所に対向する導体貫通口(5a,5b)の端部に、母線片(2)からの打抜きにより導体貫通口(5a,5b)から曲げ出される支持舌片(8a,8b)を持っていることを特徴とする、ばね力接続装置。
- 締付け個所が、導体貫通口(5a,5b)から曲げ出される母線片(2)の材料舌片(7a,7b)をそれぞれ持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のばね力接続装置。
- 締付けばね(6a,6b)の少なくとも1つが、締付けばね端部及び/又は締付けばね端部に続く当接脚辺に続くばね弧にすぐ隣接する範囲において、対応する支持舌片(8a,8b)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のばね力接続装置。
- 支持舌片(8a,8b)が閾又は湾入部を持ち、少なくとも1つの締付けばね(6a,6b)の当接脚辺が、当接脚辺から屈曲する拘束舌片(11)を持ち、この接触舌片(11)の端部が閾又は湾入部に支持され、屈曲しない締付けばね端部が、導体貫通口(5a,5b)に隣接する支持舌片(8a,8b)の載置範囲上に載っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載のばね力接続装置。
- 少なくとも1つの支持舌片(8a,8b)が、母線片(2)の中間部分(3)により規定される面にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載のばね 力接続装置。
- 支持舌片(8a,8b)が、母線片(2)の中間部分(3)の面から、この中間部分(3)に隣接する母線片(2)の終端部分とは逆方向に曲げ出され、かつ貫通口(9)を持ち、対応する締付けばね(6a)の締付け端部が貫通口(9)を通って延びて、中間部分(3)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載のばね力接続装置。
- 貫通口(9)を通って延びる締付けばね端部が、締付けばね(6a)から中間部分(3)に対向する貫通口(9)の端部の方へ屈曲する接触舌片(10)を持ち、この接触舌片(10)が貫通口(9)を通って差込み可能な導体に電気接触することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のばね力接続装置。
- 母線片(2)の中間部分(3)にある接触切欠き(12)が、この接触切欠き(12)に電気接触する接触ピン(26)を受入れることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1つに記載のばね力接続装置。
- 接触切欠き(12)が、少なくとも1つの側縁に、中間部分(3)の面から曲げ出されて導体ストッパを形成する接触舌片(13)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のばね力接続装置。
- 絶縁物ハウジング(15)及びこの絶縁物ハウジング(15)内にある請求項1〜9の1つに記載のばね力接続装置(11)を持つ導体接続端子(14)において、絶縁物ハウジング(15)が、底部分(16)と、この底部分(16)に差込み係合結合により係合可能なL字状断面の蓋部分(17)との2部分から成り、導体導入口(22a,22b)が、底部分(16)の底区域(18)から横向きに蓋部分(17)の方へ出る端面区域(19)、及び蓋部分(17)の蓋区域(20)から横向きに底部分(16)の方へ出る端面区域(21)にあり、 これらの導体導入口(22a,22b)が、底部分(16)へ差込まれて底部分(16)の端面区域(19)の方へ底部分(16)に導入される蓋部分(17)により固定されるばね力接続装置(1)の終端部分(4a,4b)にある導体貫通口(5a,5b)に合わされていることを特徴とする、導体接続端子。
- 蓋部分(17)の蓋区域(20)にある少なくとも1つの導体導入口(22a,22b)の端部に、母線片(2)の端部を受入れて固定するための内角があることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の導体接続端子。
- 蓋部分(17)の蓋区域(20)が、蓋区域(20)に関節状に形成される操作取っ手(27)を持ち、この操作取っ手(27)が蓋区域(20)を通って底部分(16)の底区域(18)の方へ延びる操作指片(28)を持ち、締付けばね(6a,6b)を操作するため底部分(16)の底区域(18)の方へ操作取っ手(27)を押下げる際、操作指片(28)が少なくとも1つのばね力接続装置(1)の締付けばね(6a,6b)と共動作用することを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の導体接続端子。
- 蓋区域(20)から底区域(18)の方へ少なくとも1つのばね接続装置(1)の母線片(2)の中間部分(3)へ向かって延びかつ蓋部分(17)と一体に絶縁物から形成される隔壁(32)が、絶縁物ハウジング(15)内にあって対向する導体導入口(22a,22b)に隣接する導体受入れ室(22a,22b)を互いに区切っていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12の1つに記載の導体接続端子。
- 底部分(16)の端面区域(19)から底区域(18)への移行部に、導体接続端子及びばね力接続装置とは原則的に無関係に、ばね力接続装置(1)の締付けばね(6a)より下に形成される締付け個所に合わされる導体導入口(22c)が設けられ、底区域(18)が導体導入口(22c)の範囲で蓋部分(1 7)の方へ高くされ、従ってPE接続接触子(30)が導体導入口(22c)を通ってばね力接続装置(1)に電気接続可能であり、装置ハウジングに結合するため湾曲後底区域(18)より下へ突出可能に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13の1つに記載の導体接続端子。
- 底区域(18)から突出する少なくとも1つの締付け円蓋(24)が、ばね力接続装置(1)の母線片(2)の中間部分(3)の接触切欠き(12)の方へ向くそれぞれ1つの差込み接触子受入れ通路(25)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜14の1つに記載の導体接続端子。
- 底区域(18)の下側にある締付け円蓋(24a,24b)が、導体接続端子(14)を装置ハウジング板(32)に係止するためのばね係止突起(38a,38b)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜15の1つに記載の導体接続端子。
- ばね力接続装置(1)の母線片(2)の中間部分(3)にある接触切欠き(12)に合わされるPE接続口が、底部分(16)の底区域(18)において、接触耳を受け入れ、PE接続接触子(30)が、接触切欠き(12)においてばね力接続装置(1)の母線片(2)との電気接続のために形成される差込み接触子を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜16の1つに記載の導体接続端子。
- 互いに平行に向けられる少なくとも3つのばね力接続装置(1)が絶縁物ハウジング(15)に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜17の1つに記載の導体接続端子。
