Claims (7)
- 振動発生部及び振動受け部の一方に連結される第1取付部材と、
筒状とされ振動発生部及び振動受け部の他方に連結される第2取付部材と、
前記第1取付部材と第2取付部材との間に配設され、両者を連結する弾性体と、
前記弾性体を隔壁の一部として前記第2取付部材の内側に構成され、液体が封入された主液室と、
液体が封入され、隔壁の少なくとも一部がダイヤフラムにより形成されて拡縮可能とされた副液室と、
筒状の筒部、前記筒部の前記主液室側一端から径方向外側に延出して構成され外周が前記第2取付部材の内周に沿って配置されるフランジ部、及び、前記筒部の径方向内側に配置された可動弾性膜を有し、前記主液室と前記副液室との間を仕切る仕切部材と、
前記仕切部材と別体の環状とされ、前記仕切部材の筒部と前記第2取付部材との間に配置され、前記フランジ部と離間して対向配置されると共に前記筒部の筒軸方向内側に配置された底部を有し、前記仕切部材との間で前記主液室と前記副液室とを連通させる制限通路を構成すると共に、前記ダイヤフラムの外周端が少なくとも前記底部の内周に接着された制限通路部材と、
を備え、
前記制限通路部材には前記底部の周方向の一部に前記副液室と連通される開口が構成され、前記ダイヤフラムは前記開口に対応する位置において前記開口よりも径方向外側で前記制限通路部材に接着されている、防振装置。 - 前記制限通路部材には、前記仕切部材の筒部外面と離間して対向する通路外筒部が前記底部の外周端から連続して構成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記制限通路部材には、前記仕切部材の筒部外面に沿って配置される通路内筒部が前記底部の内周端から連続して構成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記通路内筒部は、前記底部の内周端から前記副液室側へ延出されていること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の防振装置。
- 前記通路内筒部の内壁を覆うシール部が前記ダイヤフラムと一体的に形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記底部の内周端よりも径方向内側に前記副液室を構成し、前記底部の開口に対応する連通位置で径方向外側に突出されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記連通位置において前記副液室を構成する他部分よりも厚みが厚く構成されていること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載の防振装置。
