Claims (12)

前記固定装置(1;20)は、シャフト(2;22)と、前記複数のロッド(10)のいずれか1つへの接続のためのヘッド(4;25)とを有し、
前記ヘッド(4;25)は、前記シャフト(2;22)に接続され、かつ基部(11;40)と、通路を規定し、前記通路にロッドを受入れるための2つの実質的に垂直に延在する脚部(6,7;32,33;38,39)とを有する凹み(5;31)と、
前記通路に前記ロッド(10)をクランピングするための固定要素(52;70)とを有し、
前記固定要素および前記基部は各々、前記ロッドに接触する接触表面(11;40;53;73)を有し、接触表面は前記複数のロッドのいずれの1つをもクランプすることができるよう形状決めされる、脊椎を安定化させるためのシステム。 - 前記接触表面(11;40;53;73)は、前記ロッドが3つの接触線(P1;P2;P3)に沿ってクランプされるように形状決めされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 3つの接触線のうちの2つ(P1;P2)は基部に位置し、1つ(P3)は固定要素に位置する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 固定要素(52;70)は、前記ロッドに面する自身の側上に突出部(53;73)を有し、当該突出部は前記複数のロッドのいずれの1つとも接触できるようにサイズ決めされる、請求項1から請求項3の1つに記載のシステム。
- 基部(11;40)の断面は実質的にV字形状である、請求項1から請求項4の1つに記載のシステム。
- V字形状を形成する基部の側壁は湾曲する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 接触表面(11;40;53;73)は、段差のない態様で、異なる直径を有する複数のロッドのいずれの1つをもクランプするよう形状決めされる、請求項1から請求項6の1つに記載のシステム。
