Description
The present invention relates to a non-contact type data receiver / receiver that can receive information from the outside using radio waves or electromagnetic waves as a medium, and can transmit information to the outside, such as an information recording medium for RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification). More particularly, the present invention relates to a non-contact data receiving / transmitting body including a solar cell.
An IC tag, which is an example of a non-contact type data receiving / transmitting body, includes an inlet composed of a base material, an antenna provided on one side of the substrate, and an IC chip connected to each other. When an electromagnetic wave is received from the reading / reading device, an electromotive force is generated in the antenna by a resonance action, and the IC chip in the IC tag is activated by this electromotive force, and information in the IC chip is converted into a signal. From the antenna.
A signal transmitted from the IC tag is received by the antenna of the information writing / reading device, sent to the data processing device via the controller, and data processing such as identification is performed.
In order to display such information, a non-contact type data transmitter / receiver including a display element such as a liquid crystal display element has been proposed. As the non-contact type data receiving / transmitting body including the display element, a power source for operating the display element has been proposed which includes a solar cell and a battery that charges the power generated by the solar cell (for example, Patent Document 1).
The non-contact type data receiving / transmitting body disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a solar cell disposed on the same surface as an antenna and an IC chip, but is disposed so as not to overlap each other. Therefore, the area occupied by the solar cell is small on the surface of the non-contact type data receiving / transmitting body, and consequently the area of the light receiving surface (light receiving surface) of the solar cell is small, and the power generation efficiency of the solar cell is poor. In order to obtain sufficient power to operate, the contactless data receiver / transmitter needs to receive light for a relatively long time, which is very inconvenient.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the non-contact-type data transmission / reception body provided with the solar cell and excellent in the electric power generation efficiency of the solar cell.
The non-contact type data transmitting / receiving body of the present invention includes a pair of opposed first and second electrodes, a polymer power generation layer provided between these electrodes, and the first electrode side or the second electrode. An inlet disposed on a side of the contactless data receiving / transmitting body, wherein the inlet includes a light-transmitting base substrate, an IC chip, and an antenna, and the first electrode and the first electrode each of the second electrode, an opening is provided in the region overlapping with the inlet, the inlet is within said aperture in the first electrode or the second electrode, that is disposed on the polymer generation layer Features.
According to the non-contact type data receiver / transmitter of the present invention, a pair of opposed first and second electrodes, a polymer power generation layer provided between these electrodes, the first electrode side or the first electrode An inlet disposed on the two-electrode side, and a non-contact type data receiving / transmitting body, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are each provided with an opening in a region overlapping the inlet, Since the inlet is disposed so that the base substrate is along the surface of the polymer power generation layer facing the first electrode or the second electrode, the area of the light receiving surface of the polymer power generation layer is reduced. Since it can be increased, the power generation efficiency in the polymer power generation layer is excellent. That is, since the polymer power generation layer can receive light even in the portion where the inlet overlaps with the base substrate, the area of the light receiving surface contributing to power generation is increased. In addition, since there is no electrode that deteriorates the communication characteristics in the portion overlapping with the inlet, information can be written to and read from the IC chip of the inlet with the solar cell and the inlet disposed on substantially the same plane. it can.

In this step, an inkjet method, a screen printing method, or the like is used as the printing method.

In this step, gravure printing, flexographic printing, die coating, spray coating, screen printing, and the like are used as printing methods.

In addition to the step of forming the
