Description
本発明は取付具に関し、詳細には、腐食薬や高純度流体に利用可能な複数の流路を有するディスペンスヘッドに関する。
流体がドラムからディスペンスヘッドへ、自由に且つ大容量で流通する。
本発明の好適な実施形態の特徴及び利点としては、比較可能な再循環システムよりも再循環する流体の気泡生成量が減少する。
本発明の好適な実施形態の特徴及び利点としては、ディスペンスヘッドのオーリングにおける密閉の完全性を確認するために、ディスペンスヘッドに密閉確認機能を有する。
気導管54と接続する。ドラム挿入部内において各導管の中間に密閉面が配置されており、図3、図5及び図6に示すようにオーリング138と密閉状態で係合する。下パイプ管継手112は内側に延出するナブ150を有していてもよく、ナブ150によりポペット弁の環状係合部88は係合が容易となる。下パイプ32はまた複数の鍵部160を有しており、鍵部160はディスペンスヘッド24の本体に取り付けられた鍵部部材166の対応する鍵部164を介して、適切なディスペンスヘッド24への接続を確実にする。更に、ナット180がドラム挿入部22に回転可能に係合されており、ディスペンスヘッド24はドラム挿入部22に確実に取り付けられる。
Claims (9)
- ドラム挿入部と結合するように構成されたディスペンスヘッドであって、ディスペンスヘッドは主にフッ化ポリマーにより形成されており、
ポペット弁を有する主流体導管と、
ポペット弁が、ディスペンスヘッドをドラム挿入部に挿入する作用によりポペット弁が開放されるように、ポペット弁を閉鎖位置に向けて付勢する手段を備えることと、
再循環流体導管と、
通気導管と、
再循環流体導管と流体が流れるように連通するとともに、ドラムに戻された流体の気泡を減少させる気泡減少部材とを含むディスペンスヘッド。 - 気泡減少部材は通気孔を有する室を含み、それにより気体は気泡から分離され、気体は室から放出されると共に液体は室から流出させられて、液体は実質的に層流状態で下パイプを取り囲みつつ流れる請求項1に記載のディスペンスヘッド。
- 気泡減少部材は円筒部及び円錐部を含む請求項2に記載のディスペンスヘッド。
- ポペット弁は、中央開放領域を備える環状係合部と、前記係合部を支持する複数の軸線方向支持部材とを有し、且つドラム挿入部の管継手は中央流体流通導管まで突出する複数のナブを含むことにより、ディスペンスヘッドがドラム挿入部に挿入されるとポペット弁は開放されて実質的に自由な流体の流通が達成される請求項1に記載のディスペンスヘッド。
- 密閉確認導管と、ドラム挿入部とディスペンスヘッドとの間に配置される複数の同心オーリングとを更に含み、ディスペンスヘッドがドラム挿入部に取り付けられたときに、閉鎖された室が、ディスペンスヘッドとドラム挿入部との間において2個の隣接する同心オーリングの間に形成され、前記密閉確認導管は前記閉鎖された室と流体が流れるように連通する請求項1に記載のディスペンスヘッド。
- 液体をディスペンスヘッドを介してドラムまで再循環させるとともに、気泡を減少させ
る方法であって、
ドラム挿入部をドラムに挿入し、且つディスペンスヘッドをドラム挿入部に挿入する工程と、
ディスペンスヘッド内に主流体導管、再循環流体導管及び通気導管を備える工程と、
主流体導管にポペット弁を挿入する工程と、ポペット弁が、環状係合部材と接続されて複数の軸線方向の流体流通路を形成する複数の軸線方向支持部材と、ポペット弁が開放位置にある場合にポペット弁を貫通する流体の流通を容易にする中央流体流通領域と、ディスペンスヘッドをドラム挿入部に挿入する作用によりポペット弁が開放されるように、ポペット弁を閉鎖位置に向けて付勢する手段を備えることと、
ディスペンスヘッド及びドラム挿入部の間に、再循環流体導管と流体が流れるように連通する気泡減少部材を配置する工程と、
ドラム内における液体の排出量を補償するために、気体を通気導管を介してドラムに流入或いはドラムから流出させる工程とを含む方法。 - 密閉確認導管と、ドラム挿入部とディスペンスヘッドとの間に配置される複数の同心オーリングとを備える工程であって、ディスペンスヘッドがドラム挿入部に取り付けられたときに、閉鎖された室が、ディスペンスヘッドとドラム挿入部との間において2個の隣接する同心オーリングの間に形成され、前記密閉確認導管は前記閉鎖された室と流体が流れるように連通することとを更に含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- ディスペンスヘッドをドラム挿入部と係合させることによりポペット弁を開放し、且つ係合部材を管継手と対向させることにより、付勢手段の付勢力に打ち勝ちポペット弁を開放する工程を更に含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 流体を主流体導管を介してドラムから流出させ、且つ流体を再循環流体導管及び気泡減少部材を介してドラムに戻す工程を更に含む請求項6に記載の方法。
