Description
(A)(i)0.89g/cm3〜0.935g/cm3の密度;
(ii)0.001g/10分〜10g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2);
(iii)1.3よりも大きいか、あるいは等しい歪硬化係数の勾配;および
(iv)50パーセントよりも大きい組成分布インデックス(CDBI)
を有する少なくとも1つのエチレンインターポリマーを10重量パーセント(全組成の)〜95重量パーセント(全組成の);および
(B)0.93g/cm3〜0.965g/cm3の密度と昇温溶離分別法(TREF)を用いて測定して直鎖ポリマー区分を有する少なくとも1つのエチレンポリマーを5重量パーセント(全組成の)〜90重量パーセント(全組成の)
含んでなるストレッチフィルムである。
(A)(i)0.89g/cm3〜0.935g/cm3の密度;
(ii)0.001g/10分〜10g/10分の、好ましくは0.001g/10分〜1g/10分の、更に好ましくは0.001g/10分〜0.5g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2);
(iii)Mw/Mnが2〜4の分子量分布;および
(iv)50パーセントよりも大きい組成分布インデックス(CDBI)
を有する少なくとも1つのエチレンインターポリマーを10重量パーセント(全組成の)〜100重量パーセント(全組成の);および
(B)任意で、0.93g/cm3〜0.965g/cm3の密度と昇温溶離分別法(TREF)を用いて測定して直鎖ポリマー区分を有する少なくとも1つのエチレンポリマーを5重量パーセント(全組成の)〜90重量パーセント(全組成の)
含んでなるストレッチフィルムである。
(A)約3未満の分子量分布を有し、そして中位の全モルコモノマー含量の50パーセント内にコモノマー含量を有するポリマー分子の重量パーセントが約50パーセントを超え、
2未満あるいはこれに等しいメチル基/1000個炭素の分岐度が約15パーセント(重量)又はそれ以下であるとして定義される狭い組成分布幅インデックス(CDBI)を有し、成分AおよびBの合体重量基準で15〜85重量パーセントの量で存在するインターポリマーA;および
(B)分子量分布が3以上で、組成分布が広く、このインターポリマー組成物中に存在する2未満あるいはこれに等しいメチル基/1000個炭素の分岐度が約10パーセント(重量)又はそれ以上で、25より上あるいはこれに等しいメチル基/1000個炭素の分岐度が約25パーセント(重量)又はそれ以下であり、成分AおよびBの合体された重量基準で15〜85重量パーセントの量で存在するインターポリマーB
を含んでなるストレッチフィルムである。好ましくは、最後の3つの実施形態に述べられたエチレン組成物はスキン層を含んでなる。
Claims (10)
- 3又はそれ以上の層を有するストレッチフィルムであって、
(A)少なくとも1つの層が、
(i)0.9g/cc〜0.96g/ccの密度;
(ii)ASTM D1238に従って測定され、条件190℃/2.16kgのもと、0.5g/10分〜10g/10分のメルトインデックス;
(iii)2.5〜4.5の分子量分布;および
(iv)50パーセントよりも大きい組成分布インデックス(CDBI)
を有することを特徴とするポリエチレンを含み、
(B)少なくとも1つの非表面層が、少なくとも1つのプロピレンポリマーを含み、
(C)前記ストレッチフィルムが、少なくとも200パーセントの極限伸び、少なくとも430グラム/ミル(17グラム/ミクロン)のダートA、および5パーセント以下の突発的破壊に対する抵抗性(CF)を有することを特徴とする、ストレッチフィルム。 - 前記フィルムが少なくとも50重量パーセントのポリエチレンを含んでなる請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが0.4〜3ミル(10〜76ミクロン)の範囲の厚さである請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが0.7〜3ミル(18〜76ミクロン)の範囲にある請求項3に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 570グラム/ミル(22グラム/ミクロン)を超えるダートAを有する請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 700グラム/ミル(28グラム/ミクロン)を超えるダートAを有する請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 3パーセント又はそれ以下の突発的破壊に対する抵抗性(CF)を有する請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 少なくとも300パーセントの極限伸びを有する請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 均質なポリマー成分を含んでなる請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが少なくとも6ポンド/時/インチ(0.107kg/時/ミリメートル)のダイ幅の押出量で製造される請求項1に記載のストレッチフィルム。
