Description
図1は本発明の化粧シートの一例の積層構造を示す模式断面図である。図1に示す例では、本発明の化粧シートは、熱可塑性樹脂シート基材1はポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂あるいはポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂とポリ乳酸系樹脂のポリマーアロイからなり、ポリマーアロイの場合にはポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂が連続相の海島構造を有している。熱可塑性樹脂シート基材上に絵柄インキ層2、透明熱可塑性樹脂層5および表面保護層6が順次積層されて構成されるものである。
熱可塑性樹脂シート基材として、二軸延伸ポリ乳酸フィルム(三菱化学製:エコロージュ)を用い、その他の材料および製造方法は実施例1同じ化粧シートを作成した。
熱可塑性樹脂シート基材として、バイオベースの1,3−プロパンジオールを用いたPTT樹脂(デュポン製:ソロナ)100重量部に対して,ポリ乳酸樹脂(ユニチカ製:TP−4000)を200重量部にて配合した熱可塑性樹脂材料に対し、フェノール系酸化防止剤を0.1重量%、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を0.2重量%、ブロッキング防止剤を0.2重量%添加し、二軸押出機を用いて成形温度2300℃、スクリュー回転数200rpmで溶融混練した。押出機先端にとりつけたTダイからシートを押出、900mm幅、厚さ60μmの基材シートを製膜し、その他の材料および製造方法は実施例1同じ化粧シートを作成した。
バイオマス度の定義としては、商品の乾燥重量に対する使用したバイオマス材料の乾燥重量の割合であるが、ASTM D6866法に基づき、加速機質量分光計(AMS)等により放射性炭素の濃度を求めることで,放射性炭素(C14)年代測定の原理に基づいて、石油起源の炭素と生物起源の炭素の含有量を、試料の形態にかかわらず決定することができる。
ミクロトームを用いて超薄切片を切り出しTEM観察で基材シート断面における、連続相および分散相の様子を観察した。実施例1の化粧シートにおいて、熱可塑性樹脂シート基材の観察を実施した結果、本発明の特徴である、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂が連続相となる相構造が確認できた。これに対し、比較例2の化粧シートにおいては、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂が分散相、ポリ乳酸樹脂が連続相の相構造となっていた。
得られた化粧シートに関して、耐候性評価をするために耐候促進試験(メタルハライドランプ方式試験機 JTM G 01 2000日本試験機工業会規格)を行った。試験機は、ダイプラ・メタルウェザー(KU−R5CI−A:ダイプラ・ウィンテス株式会社製)を用いた。

以上の24.01時間を1サイクルとして、216時間試験した。なお、シャワーはDewの前後に30秒おこなった。試験後の化粧シートの外観、ラミネート強度を測定し評価した。

Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性樹脂シート基材上に、少なくとも絵柄インキ層と表面保護層がこの順に積層されてなる化粧シートにおいて、該熱可塑性樹脂シート基材が少なくともポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂とポリ乳酸系樹脂とを含み、該ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、該ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂が連続相となる相構造であることを特徴とする化粧シート。
- 熱可塑性樹脂シート基材上に、少なくとも絵柄インキ層と透明熱可塑性樹脂層と表面保護層がこの順に積層されてなる化粧シートにおいて、該熱可塑性樹脂シート基材が少なくともポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂とポリ乳酸系樹脂とを含み、該ポリ乳酸系樹脂が分散相、該ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂が連続相となる相構造であることを特徴とする化粧シート。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂シート基材において、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂100重量部に対して、ポリ乳酸系樹脂が5重量部以上、150重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記表面保護層が紫外線吸収剤および光安定剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記化粧シートにおいて、化粧シート全体としてのバイオマス度が25wt%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 少なくとも請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シートを木質基材に貼合してなることを特徴とする化粧材。
