Claims (5)
- 被測定物を挟んで対向配置される少なくとも2台の駆動機構付き測定機と、
これらの測定機ごとにそれぞれ対応して接続される少なくとも2台の制御装置と、
を備える形状測定装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記測定機の動作状態を検出自在であるとともに、制御装置ごとで連携を取り合うことにより、一の測定機の動作状態の検出結果に応じて他の測定機に対する動作指令を発信自在であり、
前記制御装置は、前記一の測定機が測定又は倣い動作をしているときには前記他の測定機を待機させるように動作指令を発信する
ことを特徴とする形状測定装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記一の測定機又は前記他の測定機のいずれか一方を優先的に操作可能なメイン測定機として制御し、いずれか他方を前記メイン測定機の動作状態に応じて動作が制約されるサブ測定機として制御するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形状測定装置。
- 前記制御装置が発信する動作指令には、
前記測定機を移動させるための移動指令と、
前記測定機に被測定物の測定又は倣い動作をさせるための測定・倣い指令と、
前記測定機を待機させるための待機指令と、
が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の形状測定装置。 - 前記制御装置が前記一の測定機に対して移動指令を発信する際に、
当該制御装置は、
前記他の測定機が停止しているときには前記一の測定機に対して移動指令を発信し、
前記他の測定機が測定又は倣い動作をしているときには前記一の測定機に対して待機指令を発信するとともに、当該他の測定機の測定又は倣い動作の終了を検出したときに前記一の測定機が移動動作を行うように移動指令を発信し、
前記他の測定機が移動しているときには前記一の測定機に対して移動指令を発信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の形状測定装置。 - 前記制御装置が前記一の測定機に対して測定・倣い指令を発信する際に、
当該制御装置は、
前記他の測定機が停止しているときには前記一の測定機に対して測定・倣い指令を発信し、
前記他の測定機が測定動作、倣い動作、もしくは移動をしているときには前記一の測定機に対して待機指令を発信するとともに、当該他の測定機の測定動作、倣い動作、もしくは移動の終了を検出したときに前記一の測定機が測定・倣い動作を行うように測定・倣い指令を発信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の形状測定装置。
