Description
Claims (1)
- 重力の影響を受ける軸を駆動するモータを駆動制御するモータ制御装置において、
前記モータの速度を制御するPI制御部と、
ブレーキ信号に基づいて前記モータをクランプして前記軸の落下を防止するブレーキ装置と、
前記ブレーキ装置に入力される前記ブレーキ信号を検出するとともに、検出された前記ブレーキ信号の状態に基づいて、前記PI制御部により算出されたトルク指令値を記憶する記憶部と、
を備え、
前記記憶部は、前記ブレーキ信号がオフからオンに変化した場合、前記モータへの通電が継続している間における前記トルク指令値を記憶し、前記ブレーキ信号がオンからオフに変化した場合、記憶した前記トルク指令値を、前記ブレーキ装置による前記モータのクランプ状態を解除する前に前記PI制御部の積分成分に設定する、
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。
