前記ステージ上に集積する1枚目の紙幣が紙幣鑑別部で外形の小さい金種の紙幣であると鑑別されたとき、その1枚目の紙幣が前記ステージ上に集積されると、該ステージを下げ、前記ピッカローラを回転させてその紙幣の端部を前記ビルストッパに確実に当接させた後、ステージを上げて2枚目以降の集積を連続して行い、集積すべきすべての紙幣の集積を行うことを特徴とする紙幣集積装置。
