わかりやすいセメントとコンクリートの知識 P64〜65参照)
A6909(建築用仕上塗材)7.32吸放湿性試験に基づき実施し、吸放湿量(g/m2)を算出した。図1が水セメント比と吸放湿量の関係である。図1より、水セメント比を大きくすると調湿材料の吸放湿量が増加する傾向が確認できる。本発明では、この試験結果等からセメントスラリーの水セメント比を5以上とした。水セメント比は好ましくは10以上であり、さらに好ましくは40程度(40〜50)である。
条件1:大気雰囲気の乾燥機を使用し3時間程度で乾燥
条件2:1週間の大気乾燥
条件3:1週間の大気乾燥で途中1回注水
条件4:1週間の大気乾燥で2日に1回程度注水
条件5:大気乾燥によりpH9程度まで乾燥
この参考例は、調湿材料のpH値を9程度に落としたもの(以下、スラッジ)を牛舎の敷料として使用した場合、牛糞の堆肥化に与える影響並びに出来た肥料の植物への影響を調査したものである。

Claims (3)
- セメントに対する水の割合である水セメント比が5以上のセメントスラリーを得、このセメントスラリーを水セメント比が5以上の状態で4時間以上保持し、その後、炭酸化処理することにより得られた調湿材料。
- セメントに対する水の割合である水セメント比が5以上のセメントスラリーを得、このセメントスラリーを水セメント比が5以上の状態で4時間以上保持し、その後、炭酸化処理する調湿材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の調湿材料であって、前記セメントスラリーがポルトランドセメント、高炉セメント、シリカセメント、フライアッシュセメント及びそれらの構成物、混合物と水を錬り込んだもの、更に砂を加え練りこんだものであることを特徴とする調湿材料。
