Description
The present invention relates to an aircraft retreaded tire manufacturing method for manufacturing an aircraft retreaded tire having an average internal pressure growth rate (Gp) of 1 to 4% from an internal pressure of 0 kPa to a specified internal pressure, and used when manufacturing an aircraft retreaded tire. The present invention relates to a mold for rehabilitation.
In general, pneumatic radial tires for aircraft (hereinafter referred to as aircraft tires) have an average internal pressure growth rate of around 6%. This aircraft tire may be rehabilitated in consideration of economy. Specifically, the tread portion of the used aircraft tire returned from the market run is subjected to buffing (shaving) processing, and the tread portion formed in advance is pasted. The aircraft used tire to which the tread portion is attached is called a rehabilitated green tire (hereinafter referred to as a green tire).
The contact surface with the tread portion is divided only in the tire axial direction, that is, the green tire is vulcanized by a full mold that does not move in the tire radial direction. The completed tire is referred to as an aircraft pneumatic retread radial tire (hereinafter, aircraft retread tire).
By the way, in recent years, some aircraft tires have an internal pressure average growth rate of 1 to 4% for suppressing the growth of the aircraft tires in order to improve cut resistance (see, for example, Patent Document 1). . If an aircraft tire having an internal pressure average growth rate of 1 to 4% is to be rehabilitated by the above-described method, the green tire cannot grow to full mold at the time of vulcanization, resulting in insufficient vulcanization, resulting in poor adhesion, etc. Defects will occur.
However, in the conventional method described above, the maximum value of the inner diameter of the split mold is specified from the outer diameter and the internal pressure average growth rate of the green tire before vulcanization, but not to the minimum value. Furthermore, the conventional method does not take into consideration that the outer diameter of the green tire before vulcanization is not individually constant, and that the internal pressure average growth rate is not constant individually.
For this reason, when the outer diameter of the green tire before vulcanization is smaller than expected, the green tire cannot be fully expanded during vulcanization, resulting in insufficient vulcanization and manufacturing defects such as poor adhesion. On the other hand, if the outer diameter of the green tire before vulcanization is larger than expected, defective production such as rubber tire protrusion failure and external appearance deformation (case deformation) of retreaded aircraft tires may occur. May end up.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and a method for manufacturing an aircraft retread tire for manufacturing an aircraft retread tire capable of reliably suppressing manufacturing defects and appearance defects, and the aircraft. An object of the present invention is to provide a mold for retreading used in manufacturing a retreaded tire.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention has the following features. First, the first feature of the present invention is an aircraft retreaded tire manufacturing method for manufacturing an aircraft retreaded tire having an average internal pressure growth rate (Gp) of 1 to 4% from an internal pressure of 0 kPa to a specified internal pressure. The inside diameter of the rehabilitation mold, which is a split mold used when rehabilitating a rehabilitated green tire to a rehabilitated tire for aircraft, on the condition that the rehabilitated aircraft tire is designed to have the same cross-sectional shape and dimensions as a new aircraft tire Is “D M ”, the outer diameter average value of the new aircraft tire when the internal pressure is 0 kpa is “D A ”, and the inner diameter “D N ” of the new mold used when molding the new aircraft tire. , and summarized in that comprising {D a + (Gp / 1000 ) × (D a +4)} × 1.004 ≦ D M ≦ D N vulcanization using said retread mold satisfies the relationship
The “specified internal pressure” is an internal pressure filled in a state of being mounted on the specified rim. That is, the “specified internal pressure” is an air pressure determined for each tire in the standard system including the standard on which the tire is based, and is an un-loaded inflation pressure in TRA and ETRTO. Further, the “specified rim” is a rim determined by the standard for each tire.
In the first feature of the present invention, an aircraft retread tire is designed to have the same cross-sectional shape and dimensions as a new aircraft tire having an internal pressure average growth rate (Gp) of 1 to 4% from an internal pressure of 0 kPa to a specified internal pressure. Is a prerequisite. That is, the size of the rehabilitation mold corresponding to the tread portion of the aircraft retread tire is designed to be the same as the size of the tread portion of the new aircraft tire.
According to this aspect, in the vulcanization step, the use of retread mold satisfies the relation of the formula {D A + (Gp / 1000 ) × (D A +4)} × 1.004 ≦ D M ≦ D N Makes it possible to set the inner diameter (D M ) of the rehabilitation mold in consideration of the variation in the outer diameter of the rehabilitated green tire before vulcanization. Can be reliably suppressed.
The gist of the second feature of the present invention is that, in the vulcanization step, when the retreaded green tire is vulcanized, the internal pressure to be filled in the retreaded green tire is filled at a specified internal pressure or higher corresponding to the tire size.
According to such a feature, in the vulcanization process, by filling the retreaded green tire with an internal pressure equal to or higher than a specified internal pressure corresponding to the tire size, the production of the retreaded green tire, such as a rubber protrusion failure or adhesion failure, is further reduced. It becomes possible to suppress.
The third feature of the present invention is a rehabilitation mold that is a split mold used in manufacturing an aircraft rehabilitated tire having an average internal pressure growth rate (Gp) of 1 to 4% from an internal pressure of 0 kPa to a specified internal pressure. The inner diameter of the rehabilitation mold is set to “D M ” on the condition that the renewal tire for aircraft is designed to have the same cross-sectional shape and dimensions as the new tire for aircraft at the time of a new product, If the diameter average value is “D A ” and the inner diameter “D N ” of a new mold used when molding a new aircraft tire, {D A + (Gp / 1000) × (D A +4)} X1.004 ≦ D M ≦ DN The relationship is satisfied.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the rehabilitation tire manufacturing method for aircraft which manufactures the rehabilitation tire for aircraft which can suppress manufacture defect and external appearance defect reliably, and for rehabilitation used when manufacturing this rehabilitation tire for aircraft A mold can be provided.

The rehabilitation mold 10 (mold) refers to a split mold used when rehabilitating (molding) the green tire 1C to the rehabilitated tire 1D.
Under the above conditions, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in the
That is, the inner diameter (D M ) of the

(III) Vulcanization Step Next, in the vulcanization step, the retreaded tire 1D is manufactured by vulcanizing the green tire 1C with the rehabilitation mold 10 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). Specifically, in the vulcanization process, the inner diameter of the rehabilitation mold is “D M ”, the average outer diameter of the new tire 1A when the internal pressure is 0 kpa is “D A ”, and the inner diameter of the mold when new is “D N ”. Then, the

As a result, it was found that the aircraft tire according to the example and the comparative example 2 was superior in the rehabilitation surface peeling resistance as compared with the aircraft tire according to the comparative example 1. That is, it was found that the aircraft tire manufactured by the rehabilitation mold in which the inner diameter (D M ) of the rehabilitation mold is smaller than the inner diameter (D N ) of the new mold is excellent in the rehabilitation surface peeling resistance.
<Manufacturing defects>
Each aircraft tire manufactured by each rehabilitation mold was filled with the specified internal pressure, and it was visually observed whether or not a manufacturing defect (for example, rubber protrusion, mold biting, crown bear) occurred.
As a result, it was found that the aircraft tires according to Comparative Examples 1 and 2 have many manufacturing defects, but the aircraft tire according to the example does not surely cause the manufacturing defects. In other words, an aircraft tire made in rehabilitation mold satisfying the range of {D A + (Gp / 1000 ) × (D A +4)} × 1.004 ≦ D M ≦ D N is reliably manufacturing defect does not occur I understood that.
