Description

Claims (25)
- 導電材料のシートを設けるステップと、
前記導電材料のシートから太陽電池モジュールのバスバー部品を成形するステップと、
を含み、
前記バスバー部品は、
相互接続バスと、前記相互接続バスと単一成形された複数のバスタブとを有するセル接続部品と、
一方の端部の半田接合部にて前記相互接続バスと結合して前記相互接続バスと一体となった、直角ではない曲線形状を有する端子バスと
を有し、
前記端子バスは、他方の端部に、前記太陽電池モジュールのジャンクションボックスの電気端子に接合する端子接続端部を有することを特徴とするバスバー部品を製造する方法。 - 前記端子バスの前記曲線形状は、前記太陽電池モジュールの対応する太陽電池セルの縁部と重ならないように設計される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 成形ステップは、前記導電材料のシートから前記バスバー部品を型打ちするステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 - 型打ちステップは、前記導電材料のシート上で複数のバスバー部品を入れ子状のパターンで型打ちするステップをさらに含み、前記入れ子状のパターンは、隣接するバスバー部品間の前記導電材料のシートの利用を高める、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 成形ステップは、放電加工機(EDM)、レーザ切断、及び水ジェット切断の1つを使用して、前記導電材料のシートから前記バスバー部品を切り取るステップを含む、

ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 - 前記太陽電池モジュール内の複数の太陽電池セルと、
前記端子バスが結合された前記電気端子を収容し、前記太陽電池モジュールに結合されて、該太陽電池モジュールが太陽電池システムの外部部品に電気結合するのを容易にする前記ジャンクションボックスと

前記セル接続部品は、前記端子バスと前記複数の太陽電池セルとの間に結合される
