Description
図1は本発明の実施形態からなる空気入りタイヤを示し、1はトレッド部、2はサイドウォール部、3はビード部である。左右一対のビード部3,3間にはカーカス層4が装架され、そのカーカス層4の端部がビードコア5の廻りにタイヤ内側から外側に折り返されている。トレッド部1におけるカーカス層4の外周側には複数層のベルト層6が埋設されている。これらベルト層6は補強コードがタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜し、かつ層間で補強コードが互いに交差するように配置されている。

Claims (11)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるフィルムをタイヤ構成部材として用い、該フィルムの少なくとも幅方向端部から幅方向内側に向かって10mmまでの端部領域に該フィルムを挟み込むように2層のゴム層を積層し、これらフィルムとゴム層との積層体を含む未加硫タイヤを成形し、該タイヤを加硫し、加硫後の状態において前記ゴム層が前記フィルムを両側から挟み込みつつ該フィルムの幅方向端部を覆うようにすることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記端部領域における前記ゴム層の各々の平均厚さTrが前記端部領域における前記フィルムの平均厚さTfの1.5倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記端部領域における前記ゴム層の各々の平均厚さTrが0.05mm〜2.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム層の未加硫状態でのムーニー粘度が30〜100であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記端部領域を含む前記フィルムの全域にわたって前記ゴム層を積層したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム層を前記フィルムに積層する際に少なくとも一方のゴム層を前記フィルムの幅方向端部から突き出すように配置することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記積層体がカーカス層とベルト層との間に配置された補強層であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるフィルムをタイヤ構成部材として用い、該フィルムの少なくとも幅方向端部から幅方向内側に向かって10mmまでの端部領域に該フィルムを挟み込むように2層のゴム層を積層し、加硫された状態において前記ゴム層が前記フィルムを両側から挟み込みつつ該フィルムの幅方向端部を覆うようにしたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルムの幅方向端部での前記ゴム層の最小厚さが加硫状態で0.03mm〜2.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記端部領域を含む前記フィルムの全域にわたって前記ゴム層を積層したことを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記積層体がカーカス層とベルト層との間に配置された補強層であることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
