Description
本出願は、2005年11月18日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/738,287号「波エネルギー回収システム(WAVE ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM)」(出願人:Greenspan他)に基づく優先権を主張しており、当該出願の番号を引用することによりその全体の開示内容が本願明細書に組み入れられる。
Claims (10)
- 複数の運動変換アセンブリと、発電装置とを備え、
前記複数の運動変換アセンブリのそれぞれは、メインブイと、引き戻しブイと、シャフトセグメントと、該シャフトセグメントに連結したプーリと、一方の第一端が前記メインブイと連結し、他方の第二端が前記引き戻しブイと連結するとともに、前記プーリの周囲に巻かれたケーブルとを有しており、
前記メインブイは、該メインブイの浮力を調整するために、該メインブイに水または空気を取り入れ、または、前記メインブイから水を排出するように遠隔操作される水口バルブと空気口バルブとを備えており、
前記シャフトセグメントは、複数のシャフトセグメントのうちのひとつであり、前記複数のシャフトセグメントは、前記複数の運動変換アセンブリを連結するシャフトを形成し、
前記メインブイの垂直運動は前記プーリの回転運動に変換され、前記プーリが第1の方向に回転するときは、前記プーリの回転運動を前記シャフトの回転運動に変換し、前記プーリが前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に回転するときは、前記プーリの回転運動を前記シャフトの回転運動に変換しないように構成されており、
前記発電装置は、前記シャフトに連結されており、前記シャフトの回転運動によって前記発電装置が電力を生成するように構成されており、
前記引き戻しブイは、前記メインブイと前記プーリとの間を前記ケーブルに沿ってスライドして、前記メインブイに対する前記引き戻しブイの制御された往復運動を可能にするように構成されたガイドスリーブを有することを特徴とする波エネルギー回収システム。 - 前記複数の運動変換アセンブリのそれぞれは、前記複数のシャフトセグメントのうちのひとつによって隣接する運動変換アセンブリと連結している請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記シャフトセグメントは、等速ジョイントによって前記プーリと連結している請求項2に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記複数の運動変換アセンブリのそれぞれは、さらに支持基盤を有し、前記シャフトセグメントは前記支持基盤と回転可能に連結している請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記メインブイは水域の表面に近接して位置しており、前記支持基盤は前記水域の底部に近接して位置している請求項4に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記発電装置は交流電流永久磁石発電機である請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- さらに変速機を備え、前記変速機は前記シャフトおよび前記発電装置と連結している請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- さらに前記発電装置と連結しているコンデンサを備える請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- さらに前記発電装置と連結している電源ケーブルを備える請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記メインブイは、長方形の本体部と、前記長方形の本体部と連結しているスカートとを備える請求項1に記載の波エネルギー回収システム。
