Description
前記高気密性フィルムは、酸素透過率が5cc/m2/hr/atm以下、機械的特性の引張強さが150〜200MPa/25μmのフィルムからなり、
前記粒状物は、粒径が0.1mm〜30mmの合成樹脂製粒状体からなり、
前記粒状物が、前記容器内に前記収容空間の容積の80〜90%収容された家庭での養生目的に使用するための簡易軽量ギブスであって、
前記簡易軽量ギブスの態様は、
帯状とし、足首から脹脛の両側にわたって足首の腫れを軽減するために関節を完全に硬くならないように貼り付けて仮固定するか、または肘から手首にわたって貼り付け肘から手首を完全に硬くならないように貼り付けて仮固定するか、あるいは筒状とし、腕部の関節または膝関節に装着し、歩行する際に僅かな動きを許容する程度に仮固定することができるように、
容器内の流体を、手動で弁体を開放して排出することによって、前記粒状物を容器内の流動状態から集合させて前記容器の形状を仮固定することを特徴とする簡易軽量ギブスである。
また、粒状物の粒径が0.1mm以上30mm以下に選ばれるので、被保持物の形状に応じて、形状固定時における容器表面に凹凸を形成して、被保持物に対する接触状態または当接状態を最適化することができる。
前記弁体によって前記連通孔を開放し、各容器内の空気を排出して形状を固定し、前記弁体によって前記連通孔を閉鎖することによって、前記形状が固定された状態を維持することを特徴とする。

- 可撓性を有する高気密性フィルムの容器内に複数の粒状物が流体とともに収容され、前記容器には、前記粒状物が収容される収容空間と大気とに連通する連通孔が形成される通路部材と、この通路部材の前記連通孔を開閉可能に装着され、手動で開閉できる弁体とが設けられ、
前記高気密性フィルムは、酸素透過率が5cc/m2/hr/atm以下、機械的特性の引張強さが150〜200MPa/25μmのフィルムからなり、
前記粒状物は、粒径が0.1mm〜30mmの合成樹脂製粒状体からなり、
前記粒状物が、前記容器内に前記収容空間の容積の80〜90%収容された家庭での養生目的に使用するための簡易軽量ギブスであって、
前記簡易軽量ギブスの態様は、
帯状とし、足首から脹脛の両側にわたって足首の腫れを軽減するために関節を完全に硬くならないように貼り付けて仮固定するか、または肘から手首にわたって貼り付け肘から手首を完全に硬くならないように貼り付けて仮固定するか、あるいは筒状とし、腕部の関節または膝関節に装着し、歩行する際に僅かな動きを許容する程度に仮固定することができるように、
容器内の流体を、手動で弁体を開放して排出することによって、前記粒状物を容器内の流動状態から集合させて前記容器の形状を仮固定することを特徴とする簡易軽量ギブス。 - 前記容器は、複数が整列して連結され、各容器には、各容器の前記粒状物が収容される各収容空間と大気とに連通する連通孔が形成される通路部材と、この通路部材に前記連通孔を開閉可能に装着される弁体とが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易軽量ギブス。
- 膝の上下に装着されるギブスであって、筒状形態の複数の前記容器が上下に整列して連結され、これらの容器には連通孔を有する通路部材と弁体とが共通に設けられ、
前記弁体によって前記連通孔を開放し、各容器内の空気を排出して形状を固定し、前記弁体によって前記連通孔を閉鎖することによって、前記形状が固定された状態を維持することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の簡易軽量ギブス。
