Description
吸気ポートに、吸気バルブの少なくとも開動作時に流路断面積が絞られるオリフィス部を形成し、
前記オリフィス部を、吸気ポート内側における吸気バルブのバルブステム外周を取り囲む箇所に膨出形成される肉厚部と、該肉厚部に対し前記吸気バルブの少なくとも開動作時に対向配置されるよう前記バルブステムに形成される大径部とから構成したことを特徴とする予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジンにかかるものである。

Claims (5)
- 燃料を吸気流路途中に噴射するようにした予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジンにおいて、
吸気ポートに、吸気バルブの少なくとも開動作時に流路断面積が絞られるオリフィス部を形成し、
前記オリフィス部を、吸気ポート内側における吸気バルブのバルブステム外周を取り囲む箇所に膨出形成される肉厚部と、該肉厚部に対し前記吸気バルブの少なくとも開動作時に対向配置されるよう前記バルブステムに形成される大径部とから構成したことを特徴とする予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジン。 - 前記オリフィス部の肉厚部に、吸気ポート内へ燃料を噴射する燃料噴射手段を設けた請求項1記載の予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記燃料噴射手段を、前記肉厚部の周方向複数箇所に開口する噴射ポートとした請求項2記載の予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記燃料噴射手段を、前記肉厚部の全周に開口する環状噴射スリットとした請求項2記載の予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記燃料噴射手段を、前記肉厚部に取り付けられる多孔質焼結金属リング部材とした請求項2記載の予混合圧縮着火ディーゼルエンジン。
