Description
上記封止薄膜は上記半透過共通電極および上記第1タッチ導電膜と両面で各々密着できる。
また、平坦化膜180の上には画素電極710を露出させる開口部を有する画素定義膜190が形成される。つまり、画素電極710は画素定義膜190の開口部に対応するように配置される。従って、画素定義膜190が形成された部分は画素電極710が形成された部分を除いた他の部分と実質的に同一である。
本発明の第1実施形態におけるタッチパネル90は静電容量方式を採用する。タッチパネル90はタッチガラス基板910の両面に透明な特殊伝導性金属をコーティングして、第1タッチ導電膜930および第2タッチ導電膜920を形成して作られる。タッチパネル90の四つの角に電圧をかけると、タッチパネル90の表面に高周波が拡散されて指が接触する時に変化した高周波波形を制御部で分析してタッチ点を認識するようになる。

ここで、dは反射される二面の間の距離である。つまり、封止薄膜の厚さとなる。nは封止薄膜の屈折率であり、θは光の入射角である。λは反射される光の波長である。

Claims (10)
- 基板部材と、
前記基板部材上に形成された画素電極と前記画素電極上に形成された有機発光層と前記有機発光層上に形成された半透過共通電極を含む有機発光素子と、
前記半透過共通電極上に形成された封止薄膜と、
前記封止薄膜上に形成されて半透過金属膜で形成された第1タッチ導電膜と前記第1タッチ導電膜上に形成されたガラス基板と前記ガラス基板上に形成された第2タッチ導電膜を含むタッチパネルと、を含み、
前記封止薄膜の両面が、前記半透過共通電極と前記第1タッチ導電膜とに挟まれて各々密着されることを特徴とする、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記半透過共通電極の反射率が50%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜は平均屈折率が1.6以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜は400Å〜1300Å範囲内の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜は複数の有機膜と無機膜が交互に積層形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ導電膜は、50Å〜150Å範囲内の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ導電膜は、マグネシウム(Mg)、銀(Ag)、カルシウム(Ca)、リチウム(Li)、クロム(Cr)、およびアルミニウム(Al)のうちいずれか一つの金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記タッチパネルは静電容量方式であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記半透過共通電極はマグネシウム(Mg)および銀(Ag)のうち一つ以上を含む真空蒸着物質で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記半透過共通電極はマグネシウム(Mg)、銀(Ag)、カルシウム(Ca)、リチウム(Li)、およびアルミニウム(Al)のうち一つ以上の金属膜で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の有機発光表示装置。
