Description
次に、図5A乃至図5E、図6A及び図6Bを参照しながら、本発明の理解を容易にするための参考例として、参考例1に係る射出成形方法を説明する。図5A乃至図5Eは、参考例1に係るサンドイッチ成形品の射出成形方法の各工程を示す金型の概略断面図である。図6A及び図6Bは、サンドイッチ成形品が成形される過程を示す概略断面図である。
次に、図7A及び図7Bを参照しながら、本発明理解を容易にするための参考例2に係る射出成形方法を説明する。図7A及び図7Bは、参考例2に係る射出成形方法のうち、上述した参考例1に係る射出成形方法と異なる工程を示す金型の概略断面図である。
Claims (8)
- 金型キャビティを形成可能な第1金型及び第2金型を用いてサンドイッチ成形品又は中空成形品を成形する射出成形方法であって、
前記第1金型と前記第2金型とを型締めし、前記金型キャビティを形成する型締め工程と、
前記型締め工程の完了後に、前記金型キャビティに発泡性溶融樹脂を射出充填し、前記金型キャビティ内を前記発泡性溶融樹脂で満たす第1射出充填工程と、
前記第1射出充填工程の開始後に、前記金型キャビティを所定量だけ拡張させ、前記発泡性溶融樹脂を発泡させる金型キャビティ拡張工程と、
前記第1射出充填工程の完了後で、かつ、前記金型キャビティ拡張工程の開始後に、前記金型キャビティ内の前記発泡性溶融樹脂内に内層用溶融樹脂又はガスを注入する第2射出充填工程とを備える
ことを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 前記型締め工程の開始後で、かつ、前記第1射出充填工程の開始前に、前記金型キャビティ内に加圧ガスを注入させ、前記金型キャビティ内を前記発泡性溶融樹脂の発泡膨張圧力以上の圧力で与圧させる与圧工程と、
前記第1射出充填工程の開始後に、前記加圧ガスを排出させる加圧ガス排出工程とを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記第2射出充填工程は、前記金型キャビティ内の前記発泡性溶融樹脂内に加圧ガス流路を介して加圧ガスを注入する工程であり、
前記与圧工程は、前記第2射出充填工程において使用する加圧ガス流路を介して前記金型キャビティ内に加圧ガスを注入する工程である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティ拡張工程は、前記金型キャビティの容積が前記成形品の容積よりも大きい容積となるように、前記金型キャビティを拡張させる工程であり、
前記射出成形方法は、前記金型キャビティ拡張工程の完了後で、かつ、前記第2射出充填工程の開始後に、前記金型キャビティの容積が前記成形品の容積となるように、前記金型キャビティを所定量だけ縮小させる金型キャビティ縮小工程を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティ拡張工程は、前記金型キャビティの容積が前記成形品の容積未満となるように、前記金型キャビティを拡張させる工程であり、
前記第2射出充填工程は、前記金型キャビティ内の前記発泡性溶融樹脂内に内層用発泡性溶融樹脂を注入する工程であり、
前記射出成形方法は、前記第2射出充填工程の開始後に、前記金型キャビティの容積が前記成形品の容積となるように、前記金型キャビティを所定量だけ拡張させ、前記内層用発泡性溶融樹脂を発泡させる金型キャビティ再拡張工程を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティ再拡張工程は、前記金型キャビティの容積が前記成形品の容積よりも大きい容積となるように、前記金型キャビティを拡張させる工程であり、
前記射出成形方法は、前記金型キャビティ再拡張工程の完了後に、前記金型キャビティの容積が前記成形品の容積となるように、前記金型キャビティを所定量だけ縮小させる金型キャビティ縮小工程を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティの拡張は、射出成形装置の型開閉機構による型開閉動作、及び、金型内可動部の移動動作の少なくとも一つにより行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティの縮小は、射出成形装置の型開閉機構による型開閉動作、及び、金型内可動部の移動動作の少なくとも一つにより行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項4又は6に記載の射出成形方法。
