Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle body structure of an automobile, and more particularly to a vehicle body floor structure.
As a vehicle body floor structure, the rear ends of left and right front side frames are connected to the front ends of left and right front inside sills extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and the center frame by an outrigger or the like (for example, Patent Document 1) Furthermore, it extends between the left and right front inside sills and the center frame (floor tunnel frame) in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, the front end is connected to the rear ends of the left and right front side frames, and the rear end is the middle cross under the rear seat One having left and right floor frames connected to members is known (
When the floor frame is provided, the front collision load (front collision load) input to the front side frame is transmitted to the floor frame in addition to the front inside sill and center frame, and the front collision load is transmitted to the rear of the vehicle body. The number of roads increases, the front collision load is transmitted to the rear of the vehicle body, and the collision performance is improved. Further, the floor frame is welded to the lower bottom surface of the floor panel, thereby increasing the rigidity of the floor panel and improving the NV (noise and vibration) performance.
However, since the floor frame is provided long over the entire area of the floor panel in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, installation of the floor frame over the entire area of the floor panel increases the weight of the vehicle body, increases costs, and decreases the productivity due to an increase in the number of welding spots. Will be invited.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to reduce the decrease in productivity due to the increase in the weight of the vehicle body due to the floor frame, the cost increase, and the increase in the number of welding spots, and the transmission path of the front impact load to the rear portion of the vehicle body due to the floor frame. It is to improve the collision performance by ensuring the above.

By connecting in a straight line in the front-rear direction, transmission of the front impact load from the floor frame (28) to the bead (34) is favorably performed.
In another preferred embodiment of the vehicle body structure according to the present invention, a second middle cross member (36) extending in the vehicle body width direction is provided at a position in the vicinity of the inclined surface portion (34). .
According to this vehicle body structure, the strength of the inclined surface portion (32) is increased, and the transmission of the front impact load from the floor frame (28) to the bead (34) through the inclined surface portion (32) is further improved. .

According to this vehicle body structure, the connection strength between the floor frame (28) and the bead (34) is improved, and the front impact load from the floor frame (28) to the bead (34) is favorably performed.
In another preferred embodiment of the vehicle body structure according to the present invention, a harness (40) is arranged on the bead (34) having a concave groove on the side of the vehicle interior.
According to this vehicle body structure, the bead (34) is effectively used as an arrangement part of the harness (40) on the vehicle interior side, and the product quality is improved by flattening the general surface of the indoor carpet laid on the floor panel (12). It becomes possible.
According to another preferred embodiment of the vehicle body structure of the present invention, the left and right side sills (14) extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body in the left and right edges of the floor panel (12), and the floor panel (12 ) And a center frame (24) extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and a rear end of the left and right front side frames (20), and connected to the front side frame (20). A connection part (20A) between the front side frame (20) and an outrigger part (22B) extending obliquely rearward from the connection part (20A) toward the vehicle width direction outside and connected to the front end of the side sill (14) A center frame extension portion (22C) extending obliquely rearward inward in the vehicle width direction and connected to the front end of the center frame (24). A right connecting member (22), and a left and right branch member (22D) between the outrigger portion (22B) and the center frame extension portion (22C) of each of the left and right connecting members (22). The front end of the floor frame (28) is connected, and the left and right front side frames (20) and the left and right floor frames (28) are connected in a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body via the left and right connecting members (22). Has been.
According to this vehicle body structure, the front collision load input to the front side frame (20) is transmitted to the vehicle body direction by the floor frame (28) and the bead (34) of the floor panel (12), and the side sills (14) Also transmitted to the vehicle body direction by each of the center frames (24). Thereby, the front collision load which a floor frame (28) and a bead (34) bear is reduced, and the floor frame can be reduced in size and weight.
According to the vehicle body structure of the present invention, the front impact load transmission path from the front side frame to the first middle cross member is established by the bead formed on the floor frame and the floor panel. The length of the floor frame in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is shortened by the length of the vehicle body in the longitudinal direction, and the weight of the vehicle body and the number of welding spots are reduced by the shortened floor frame. As a result, it is possible to maintain high collision performance, reduce costs and improve productivity.
Below, the Example of the vehicle body structure of the motor vehicle by this invention is described with reference to FIGS. Each member described below is made of steel, and the connection and joining of each member is performed by welding.
A
On both left and right sides of the
At the rear end position of the
Left and right
The left and right connecting
At the center of the
As shown well in FIG. 1, left and
As a result, in the present embodiment, the left and right floor frames 28 are connected to the left and right front side frames 20 via the left and right connecting
On the rear side of the vehicle body of the
In the middle part of the
The left and right footrest recesses 30 and the
Thus, the right and left
The relationship between the
As shown well in FIG. 2, the right side of the
According to the vehicle body structure having the above-described configuration, the transmission of the front collision load input to the
In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Transmission path of the front collision load, since established by bead 3 4 formed in the
Further, the front collision load input to the
Further, by providing the
Further, according to this vehicle body structure, the rear end of the
Further, since the
Since the
