Description
The present invention relates to an anti-counterfeit material and a printing base material on which an anti-counterfeit material is formed on a part of paper.
Anti-counterfeit paper in which a plastic band called a thread is inserted between paper layers is conventionally used for securities such as gift certificates and stock certificates, and banknotes.
Many of the anti-counterfeit papers into which the thread is inserted are those in which a part of the thread inserted inside the paper appears on the surface of the paper.
Many of these threads are thin strips of plastic having a metallic luster, and are squeezed so as to be partially exposed on a base material (often paper).
When such anti-counterfeit paper is used in a wide range of fields, a counterfeit transferred so as to partially appear on the paper using a commercially available transfer foil having a metallic luster appears.
Further, when the anti-counterfeit paper in which the thread is encased is used in a wide field, it feels natural and the effect of preventing forgery is reduced.
In view of this, there has been provided a “threaded anti-counterfeit paper” (see, for example, Patent Document 1) in which a thread can be visually observed from a plurality of windows opened by removing a part of the paper substrate.

Here, an example of the light diffraction structure formed in the security layer will be described.
In general, as a method of using the light diffraction structure, there are a method of using the base film on which the light diffraction structure is formed and a method of transferring only the resin portion on which the light diffraction structure is formed to an object.
When the light diffractive structure is used as it is, a thermosetting resin layer is formed on one side of the base film, and a light diffractive structure is formed on the thermosetting resin layer. In this case, a reflective layer made of a thin metal is formed, an adhesive layer or an adhesive layer is formed thereon, slit into a tape, or punched into a label.
When only the resin part in which the light diffraction structure is formed is transferred to an object and used, a release layer is formed on a heat-resistant base film, and, for example, a thermosetting resin layer is formed thereon. Is formed, a light diffractive structure is formed on the thermosetting resin layer, a reflective layer is formed, a heat sensitive adhesive layer is formed thereon, and the adhesive layer is included depending on the heated metal mold etc. In addition, a very thin light diffraction structure forming layer is used by being transferred onto a printed material such as paper.
The reflective layer is provided in order to give reflectivity to the light diffraction structure forming layer. Reflective layers include opaque reflective layers and transparent reflective layers, but when used as a means to enhance the design effect, simple metals such as nickel, chromium, aluminum, iron, titanium, silver, and gold Thus, an opaque reflective layer is formed, aluminum is mixed with titanium, nickel is mixed with chromium, and an opaque reflective layer is formed with an alloy.
As a method for forming the reflective layer, there are a sputtering method, a vacuum vapor deposition method, an ion plating method, and the like, which are properly used depending on the purpose.
In the sputtering method used in many cases, a metal (target) to be formed is placed in a sputtering apparatus, and a high voltage is applied between the metal and the substrate film. When argon gas is introduced into the sputtering apparatus, the argon gas is charged and ionized. When the generated ions move at high speed and collide with the metal, atoms on the surface of the metal target are repelled and reach a substrate in the plasma to form a thin film.
In addition, there are general coating methods such as gravure coating, die coating, knife coating, and roll coating, and printing methods such as silk screen printing and gravure printing, etc. It is used by appropriately selecting from the inside.
For the resin of the security layer, in addition to forming the above-described light diffraction structure, a pattern including characters and designs can be printed with a normal ink and used.
When a pattern including characters and designs is printed on the security layer and used, a pattern with micro characters or a reflective layer added to these patterns to give a metallic luster can be used.
When printing on the resin of the security layer, for example, it is possible to use ink that develops color in a special wavelength region, or liquid crystal ink that reflects in a different color when the angle is changed.
Moreover, when it comprises with the above-mentioned normal printing part, the printing content printed on a printing base material, a money amount, etc. can be printed and used as a hidden character, for example.

With reference to FIG. 7, an example of the printed matter using the printing base material provided with the forgery prevention material of this invention is demonstrated.
Anti-counterfeit paper in which anti-counterfeit materials are inserted between paper layers is often used for securities such as gift certificates and stock certificates, and banknotes.
The example of the printing substrate 9 shown in the figure is an example of “threaded paper” in which the
Two types of “threaded paper” are used.
One of them is a thread that is inserted into the paper regularly and only on one side of the front or back of the paper, or is threaded in a state where it is alternately exposed on the front and back of the paper.
The other one is formed so as to penetrate the paper, and the thread is exposed to a plurality of openings arranged in a straight line.
The example of the printing substrate shown in FIG. 7 is similar to the latter example, in which threads are embedded in the upper layer substrate of the substrate (base paper), and openings in which the threads are regularly exposed are provided in the lower layer substrate. It is.
