Description
前記セメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法において、触媒被毒物質除去装置における次亜塩素酸ソーダの添加液濃度が1mg/L以上1,000mg/L以下の範囲にあることが好ましい。次亜塩素酸ソーダの添加液濃度が1mg/L未満の場合には、触媒被毒物質であるHg及びCa、K、ダスト等の触媒被毒成分の除去率が低下し、触媒被毒物質の付着量が増加して触媒の耐久性が低下する。一方、次亜塩素酸ソーダの添加液濃度が1,000mg/Lを超える濃度にしても触媒被毒物質の除去率が飽和に達し、これ以上の効果は見込めない。

Claims (8)
- セメントキルン燃焼排ガス中のダストを集塵し、
集塵後の燃焼排ガスに次亜塩素酸ソーダを添加しながら、該燃焼排ガスから触媒被毒物質を湿式集塵機で除去し、
触媒被毒物質除去後の燃焼排ガスを140℃以上に昇温し、
昇温後の燃焼排ガス中の揮発性有機化合物、一酸化炭素、残留性有機汚染物質、炭化水素及び臭気物質から選択される一以上と、窒素酸化物とをチタン・バナジウム触媒を用いて除去するセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法であって、
前記セメントキルン燃焼排ガスの窒素酸化物濃度に応じ、前記触媒被毒物質除去後の燃焼排ガスにアンモニアガスを添加するか、又は前記140℃以上の燃焼排ガスにアンモニア水もしくは尿素水を添加した後、前記触媒を通過させることを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。 - 前記次亜塩素酸ソーダの濃度が1mg/L以上1,000mg/L以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記チタン・バナジウム触媒の下流側に貴金属系触媒を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記チタン・バナジウム触媒の入口側上部より還元剤を噴霧することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記貴金属系触媒は、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム及びルテニウムから選択された一の貴金属を有する触媒であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記チタン・バナジウム触媒及び前記貴金属系触媒の目サイズ(穴径)が1.75mm以上3.75mm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項3、4又は5に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記セメントキルン燃焼排ガスの昇温を、ユングストローム型熱交換器、ヒートポンプ又はヒートパイプによって行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記触媒被毒物質除去後の燃焼排ガスを、前記触媒を通過した燃焼排ガスから回収した熱又は/及び該セメントキルンを設置した工場内の余熱蒸気を用いて140℃以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法
