Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a position switch device that is incorporated in a shift lever device of an automobile and detects a shift position, and more particularly to a position switch device for an AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) shift lever device.
As is well known, there are MT (manual transmission) and AT (automatic transmission) in the shift lever device, and as shown in
Unlike the conventional shift lever device, the AMT shift lever device is not connected to the transmission by a shift cable, but has a function as a switch for turning on and off an electrical signal. Since many AMT shift levers have an AT mode and an MT mode, conventionally, two switches, a position detection switch for the AT mode and a position detection switch for the MT mode, are provided on the left and right sides of the retainer of the shift lever device. Built into each side.
However, assembling the two switches in different locations inside the retainer requires a lot of space, which is an obstacle to miniaturization, and the harness that connects each switch becomes longer and routed. There are problems such as difficulty in performing work and, therefore, cost increase.
Accordingly, a first object of the present invention is to provide a position switch device for a shift lever device that solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and has excellent durability and no chattering of contacts. A second object of the present invention is to provide a position switch device for a shift lever device that eliminates the need to incorporate two switches in different locations, and can achieve downsizing and cost reduction. .
The position switch device of the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-described problems, has a plurality of contacts having the same function at the same position on both the front and back sides in a switch box disposed on one side of the retainer of the shift lever device. A double-sided board and a movable contact plate that can slide while simultaneously contacting both sides of the double-sided board are housed, and the movable contact plate is shifted to the side of this switch box following the movement of the shift lever in the shifting direction. A position switch device in which a control lever that slides in a direction is arranged , wherein a plurality of contacts of the double-sided board are linearly arranged in a shift direction .
As in
Further, as claimed in
In the position switch device of the present invention, the movable contact plate always slides inside the switch box while sandwiching the double-sided substrate. Moreover, contacts having the same function are arranged on the both sides of the double-sided board at the same position. For this reason, even if the contact pressure of the contact on one side becomes unstable due to wear or other causes, it can be covered with the contact on the opposite side, and the durability is excellent.
In addition, a plurality of contacts include a contact corresponding to each of the R, N, and D positions in the AT mode and a contact corresponding to each of the M +, M, and M− positions in the MT mode, and a part of them is shared. As a result, it is not necessary to incorporate two switches for the AT mode and the MT mode at different positions as in the prior art, and the size and cost can be reduced.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is an overall perspective view of a shift lever device incorporating a position switch device of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an internal structure. In these figures,
As shown in FIG. 2, a
Accordingly, the
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the internal mechanism of the
As shown in FIG. 6, the contacts S1, S2 and S3 detect the positions of R, N and D in the AT mode, respectively, and the contacts S2, S3 and S4 are M +, M and M in the MT mode, respectively. Each position of M- is detected. The contact S5 is a ground electrode. As described above, the contacts S2 and S3 also serve to detect N in the AT mode, D, and M + and M in the MT mode, and the size of the switch is reduced by sharing the contact. Whether the
The
The
A fan-shaped through
In the position switch device of the present invention configured as described above, the
