Description

The present invention relates to a microwave cooking container, and more particularly to a microwave cooking container having a glass container body.

When the contents are stored in the container body of a cooking container for microwave ovens and cooked in a microwave oven, the heat of the contents heated to a high temperature is transferred to the container body. In the case of a glass container body having a relatively high thermal conductivity, the handle provided on the container body is also hot, so when removing the cooking container from the microwave oven, There is a problem that it is necessary to take it out with a hand through a grip, which is troublesome. Therefore, in the case of a glass container body, it was considered that a heat-insulating synthetic resin handle cover was attached so as to cover the outer surface of the handle part, and was fixed integrally to the handle part with an adhesive or the like. .

On the other hand, a cooking container used for an electromagnetic induction heating cooker includes a container body made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and heats the contents contained therein by heating the container body by electromagnetic induction. is there. In this cooking container, in order to carry the container body heated directly at high temperature by hand, a handle support plate is provided so as to protrude horizontally from the upper outer surface of the container body, and flexibility such as foamed chloroprene rubber is provided. The heat insulating handle made of the heat insulating material is arranged so as to cover the handle support plate from above and below, and the handle support plate is provided with a handle locking hole penetrating vertically, and the heat insulating handle is provided above and below the heat insulating handle through the handle lock hole. A connecting member such as a hook-and-loop fastener or a snap that joins the portions is provided and fixed to the handle support plate so that the heat-insulating handle can be easily attached and detached (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Registered Utility Model No. 3119940

However, when the handle cover is attached to the handle portion of the glass main body container so as to cover its outer surface and bonded and fixed, a part of the adhesive is between the end surface of the handle cover and the outer surface of the main body container. In this case, since the main body container is made of glass, there is a problem that the adhesive protruding from the inner surface side of the main body container can be seen and an unsightly appearance is exhibited. Since it is inevitable that dirt enters and adheres to the gap between the handle and the cover, the dirt is visible from the inner surface of the main body container, and it is impossible to remove the dirt by removing the handle cover. There is a problem of impairing cleanliness.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 relates to a conductive metal cooking container used for an electromagnetic induction heating cooker, and does not disclose a means for solving the above problem in a glass main body container used for a microwave oven, In addition, since the upper and lower portions of the heat insulating handle are connected and detachable by connecting the upper and lower portions of the heat insulating handle with the connecting member through the handle locking hole provided in the handle support plate having a small thickness, a separate connecting member is provided on the heat insulating handle There is a problem that the configuration is complicated and expensive.

In view of the above-described conventional problems, the present invention provides a cooking container for a microwave oven that can securely attach and fix a handle cover to a handle portion of a glass container body with a simple configuration and can be easily attached and detached when necessary. The purpose is to do.

The microwave oven cooking container of the present invention is integrally and substantially horizontal from the upper part of the outer peripheral surface of the glass container main body and the container main body, and protrudes at a position below the opening edge of the upper end of the container main body. a pair of plate-shaped handle portions made of synthetic resin material having rubber-like elasticity, detachably mounted on the handle portion so as to cover a substantially close contact an outer surface of the handle portion, outwardly from the container body to the lower surface toward a handle cover that having a groove, one or more engaged portions penetrating or recessed or protruding in the thickness direction of the handle portion is provided integrally on the inner surface in contact with the handle portion the outer surface of the handle cover Further, a locking portion that is fitted and locked to the engaged portion is provided.

According to this configuration, since the handle cover is detachably attached to the handle portion of the glass container body, even if the container body becomes hot after cooking, the handle portion is held by hand through the handle cover. Can be handled as it is, and when dirt or the like adheres to the outer surface of the handle cover or the edge of the handle cover and the outer surface of the container body, the handle cover can be easily removed and cleaned. A clean feeling when viewed from the inside of the container body can be maintained at all times, and the handle cover is attached to the engaged portion provided in the handle portion with the handle cover being attached to the handle portion in a substantially close contact state. Since the integrally provided locking part is fitted and locked, it can be securely attached and fixed with a simple and inexpensive configuration that does not provide a separate fixing member, and there is no risk of the handle cover coming out unexpectedly, Safe handling Kill.

In addition, by applying a material with a Shore hardness of Hs 60 to 80 as the synthetic resin material that constitutes the handle cover, the handle cover can be easily attached to and detached from the handle portion, and provided integrally with the handle cover. By fitting the engaging portion to the engaged portion, it can be reliably fixed with a required strength, and both operability and safety can be ensured.

According to the cooking container for a microwave oven of the present invention, since the handle cover is detachably attached to the handle portion of the glass container body, even if the container body becomes hot after cooking, The handle cover can be easily handled by removing it, and the handle cover can be easily removed and cleaned, so that the cleanliness when viewed from the inside of the container body as well as the outer surface can always be maintained. Since the engaging part of the handle cover is fitted and locked to the engaged part of the handle part, it can be securely attached and fixed with a simple and inexpensive configuration without a separate fixing member, and can be handled safely it can.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cooking container for a microwave oven according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a microwave cooking container, which comprises a glass container main body 2 for storing the contents to be cooked, and a lid 3 for closing the upper surface opening. As shown in FIG. 2, the container main body 2 is provided with short-sized support leg protrusions 4 at three equally spaced positions on the same circumference so that it can be stably installed. Yes. The container body 2 is integrally provided with a pair of handle portions 5 that protrude in an approximately horizontal manner at two positions facing the diameter direction of the upper portion of the outer peripheral surface thereof. The handle portion 5 is in the shape of an arc plate protruding substantially along the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 2, and both circumferential edges thereof are parallel to each other, and smoothly connected to the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 2 at the arc connecting portion. It is formed into a shape.

A handle cover 6 made of a synthetic resin material having rubber-like elasticity is detachably attached to the handle portion 5 so as to cover the outer surface thereof in a substantially tight state. As the synthetic resin material constituting the handle cover 6, materials having various rubber-like elasticity can be used, and silicone rubber is most suitable. A rubber hardness of Shore hardness Hs 60-80 is suitable, and in this embodiment, Hs 80 is used.

As shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D, the handle cover 6 has a substantially crescent shape in plan view and an inner periphery 6 a that is substantially the same diameter as the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2. It is comprised so that it may closely_contact | adhere to an outer peripheral surface. The handle cover 6 is configured in a bag shape opened at the inner periphery 6a thereof, and an insertion space 7 into which the handle portion 5 is inserted is formed. The insertion space 7 is formed in substantially the same shape as the handle portion 5 so as to cover the outer surface of the handle portion 5 in a close contact state.

A hanging piece 8 protrudes from the lower end of the inner periphery 6a of the handle cover 6 so as to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2, and when the hand is put on the lower surface of the handle cover 6, the tip of the hand is unexpectedly hot. It is comprised so that it may not contact the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 2 directly. A number of grooves 9 are provided on the lower surface of the handle cover 6 in order to make it difficult for the heat of the handle portion to be transferred to the hand when the microwave cooking container 1 is held.

Each handle portion 5 is provided with a pair of engaged holes 10 penetrating in the thickness direction at appropriate intervals as engaged portions for locking the handle cover 6. Locking protrusions 11a and 11b are integrally formed on the handle cover 6 on the upper and lower inner surfaces that are in contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the handle portion 5 and are engaged and locked in the engaged holes 7 from above and below, respectively. Projected to

The lid 3 includes a disc-shaped lid body 12 that closes the opening of the container body 2 and a knob 14 that is attached to a knob mounting portion 13 that projects from the center of the lid body 12. On the outer periphery of the lid body 12, an annular step 12a that is shallowly fitted to the inner periphery of the opening edge at the upper end of the container body 2 and an annular flange 12b that abuts on the opening edge are formed. The lid body 12 and the knob 14 are made of glass or synthetic resin.

In the above configuration, when the handle cover 6 is attached to the handle portion 5 of the container body 2, the inner periphery 6a of the handle cover 6 is opposed to the tip of the handle portion 5 of the container body 2 as shown in FIG. When the handle cover 6 is pushed so as to press-fit the handle portion 5 into the insertion space 7 of the handle cover 6, the locking projections 11 a and 11 b provided on the upper and lower inner surfaces of the handle cover 6 are connected to the upper and lower surfaces of the handle portion 5. When the handle portion 5 is inserted into the insertion space 7 and is inserted to the far end of the insertion space 7 in a state where it rides on, the locking projections 11a and 11b are moved to the handle portion 5 as shown in FIGS. The handle cover 6 is locked to the handle portion 5 by being inserted into the engaged hole 10 from above and below. When necessary, the handle cover 6 can be removed by pulling the handle cover 6 out of the handle portion 5 with a strong force.

According to this embodiment, since the handle cover 6 is detachably attached to the handle portion 5 of the glass container body 2, even if the container body 2 becomes hot after cooking, the handle portion 5 is covered with the handle cover 5. 6 and can be handled as it is. Further, when dirt or the like adheres between the outer surface of the handle cover 6 or the edge on the inner periphery 6a side of the handle cover 6 and the outer surface of the container body 2, the handle cover 6 can be easily removed and cleaned. It is possible to always maintain a clean feeling when viewed from the inside of the container body 2 as well as the outer surface.

In addition, the handle cover 6 is attached to the handle portion 5 in a substantially close contact state with its rubber-like elasticity, and the engagement cover 10 provided integrally with the handle cover 6 in the engaged hole 10 provided in the handle portion 5 in this state. Since the stop protrusions 11a and 11b are fitted and locked from above and below, the handle cover 6 can be securely attached and fixed to the handle portion 5 with a simple and inexpensive configuration without a separate fixing member, and the handle cover is unexpectedly formed. There is no fear that 6 will come out and the cooking container 1 for microwave ovens can be handled safely.

In particular, as the synthetic resin material constituting the handle cover 21, silicone rubber having a hardness of Shore hardness Hs60 to 80 (Hs80 in this embodiment) is applied, so that the handle cover 6 can be easily attached to and detached from the handle portion 5. In addition, the locking projections 11a and 11b provided integrally with the handle cover 6 can be securely fixed with a required strength in a state where the locking projections 11a and 11b are fitted in the engaged holes 10, thereby improving operability and safety. It is possible to ensure both.

In the above embodiment, a pair of engaged holes 10 are provided in each handle portion 5 as the engaged portions, and the locking protrusions are fitted into and engaged with the engaged holes 10 from above and below in the handle cover 6 as the locking portions. Although the example which provided the parts 11a and 11b was shown, the structure of a to-be-engaged part and a latching | locking part is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, an engaged recess 15 that is recessed from the lower surface is provided in the handle portion 5 in place of the engaged hole 10 penetrating vertically as an engaged portion. As a part, it is good also as a structure which provided in the handle cover 6 the latching protrusion 16 which engages and engages with the to-be-engaged recessed part 15 from the downward direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the engaged recess 15 is provided on the upper surface of the handle portion 5 so that the locking projection 16 of the handle cover 6 is fitted and engaged with the engaged recess 15 from above.
