Description
Claims (10)
- 骨材粒子となるセラミック粒子とガラスフリットと粒子径が200nm以上のシリカ粒子とを、前記セラミック粒子100質量部に対し、前記ガラスフリットを10〜40質量部、前記シリカ粒子を5〜20質量部の割合で混合して、所定形状に成形し、得られた成形体を乾燥させた後、焼成するセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記焼成の過程において、前記セラミック粒子が、前記ガラスフリットと前記シリカ粒子との反応物により結合される請求項1に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記成形体が、多孔質基材の表面に層状に成形される請求項1又は2に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック粒子が、アルミナ粒子、チタニア粒子、ムライト粒子、スピネル粒子、ジルコン粒子、炭化珪素粒子及び窒化珪素粒子からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のセラミック粒子である請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフリットに、前記シリカ粒子に含まれるSiO2を加えたときの組成が、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、MgO、CaO、SrO及びBaOからなる群より選ばれ、少なくともLi2O、Na2O及びK2Oのうちの何れか2種以上のアルカリ金属酸化物を含む複数種の金属酸化物が5〜20mol%、ZrO2とTiO2の何れか一方又は両方が総量として3mol%以上、残部がSiO2と不可避不純物という組成である請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 骨材粒子となるセラミック粒子とガラスフリットと粒子径が200nm以上のシリカ粒子と粒子径が100nm以下のシリカの微粒子が水中に分散したシリカゾルとを、前記セラミック粒子100質量部に対し、前記ガラスフリットを10〜40質量部、前記シリカ粒子を5〜20質量部、前記シリカゾルをSiO 2 として6質量部以下の割合で混合して、所定形状に成形し、得られた成形体を乾燥させた後、焼成するセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記焼成の過程において、前記セラミック粒子が、前記ガラスフリットと前記シリカ粒子と前記シリカゾルの反応物により結合される請求項6に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記成形体が、多孔質基材の表面に層状に成形される請求項6又は7に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック粒子が、アルミナ粒子、チタニア粒子、ムライト粒子、スピネル粒子、ジルコン粒子、炭化珪素粒子及び窒化珪素粒子からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のセラミック粒子である請求項6ないし8の何れか一項に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフリットに、前記シリカ粒子及び前記シリカゾルに含まれるSiO2を加えたときの組成が、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、MgO、CaO、SrO及びBaOからなる群より選ばれ、少なくともLi2O、Na 2 O及びK2Oのうちの何れか2種以上のアルカリ金属酸化物を含む複数種の金属酸化物が5〜20mol%、ZrO2とTiO2の何れか一方又は両方が総量として3mol%以上、残部がSiO2と不可避不純物という組成である請求項6ないし9の何れか一項に記載のセラミック多孔体の製造方法。
