Claims (9)
- 二重反転ファン組立体(16)に対してギヤボックス(100)を作動的に結合するためのスプラインシステム(200)であって、
軸受支持構造体(112)に対して前記ギヤボックスの入力部(104)を結合する第1のスプライン組立体(202)と、
前記軸受支持構造体の第2の部分(212)に対して該軸受支持構造体の第1の部分(210)を摺動可能に結合する第2のスプライン組立体(204)と、
出力部構造体に対して前記ギヤボックスの出力部(106)を摺動可能に結合する第3のスプライン組立体(206)と、を含み、
該スプラインシステムが、前記二重反転ファン組立体によって発生した軸方向荷重から前記ギヤボックスを分離する、
スプラインシステム(200)。 - 前記第2のスプライン組立体(204)が、前記ギヤボックス(100)に対する第1の軸受組立体(110)の軸方向運動を可能にする、請求項1記載のスプラインシステム(200)。
- 前記第2のスプライン組立体(204)が、コアガスタービンエンジン(12)の長手方向軸線(11)の周りで回転可能な第2の駆動シャフト(34)に対して前記入力部(104)を回転可能に結合する、請求項1記載のスプラインシステム(200)。
- 前記第3のスプライン組立体(206)が、前記ギヤボックス(100)に対する後方ファン(52)前方シャフトの軸方向運動を可能にし、前記後方ファン前方シャフトが、前記出力部(106)構造体に結合されて前記二重反転ファン組立体(16)の後方ファン組立体を駆動するのを可能にする、請求項1記載のスプラインシステム(200)。
- 前記軸受支持構造体(112)及び出力部(106)構造体の少なくとも1つが、前記ギヤボックス(100)の半径方向偏位を吸収する少なくとも1つの可撓性アームを含む、請求項1記載のスプラインシステム(200)。
- 前記二重反転ファン組立体(16)が、
前記入力部(104)に回転可能に結合され、第1の方向(80)に回転する第1のファン組立体(50)と、
前記出力部(106)に回転可能に結合され、前記第1の方向とは逆の第2の方向(82)に回転する第2のファン組立体(52)と、
をさらに含む、請求項1記載のスプラインシステム(200)。 - フレーム(13)によって少なくとも部分的に定められ、その長手方向軸線(11)の周りで回転可能な第1の駆動シャフト(32)を有するコアタービンエンジン(12)と、

- 前記スプラインシステム(200)が、

前記出力部(106)に対して前記第2のファン組立体(52)を摺動可能に結合する第3のスプライン組立体(206)と、
