Description
The present invention relates to a guard fence post that supports a guard fence provided along a road.
Conventionally, in order to ensure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians, protective fences are provided along the road. The protective fence is composed of a horizontal beam extending along the road and a protective fence column supporting the horizontal beam. The guard fence post is fixed to a concrete base embedded in the ground by a fastening member such as a bolt, for example. As the protective fence support, for example, a rectangular pipe having a rectangular cross section or a pillar portion having an H-shaped cross section is employed. Such guard fence posts need to meet official safety standards.
By the way, in recent years, the replacement of old protective fences that have passed their useful lives has been promoted. Old protective fences are based on relatively loose safety standards several decades ago. In other words, the guard fence to be updated complies with the loose safety standards for the cross beams, guard fence posts, fastening members, and foundation. Therefore, along with the renewal of the protective fence, the setting of the protective fence based on strict safety standards in recent years is being advanced.
Then, this invention is made | formed in view of said subject, The objective is to provide the protection fence support | pillar which satisfy | fills a safety standard, without updating a foundation.
The invention according to claim 1 is a flat base portion fixed to a foundation, a flat front plate that stands up from one end side of the base portion, and stands up from the other end side of the base portion. A flat plate-shaped intermediate plate that is provided so as to rise from the hollow column portion and the base portion and connects the intermediate portion in the width direction of the front plate and the intermediate portion in the width direction of the column portion. And a guard fence post that supports the horizontal beam, wherein the pillar portion is hollow, thereby increasing the bending resistance force from the front plate side and reducing the maximum load. To do.
Thereby, the intensity | strength of the pillar part with respect to the load from the front board side becomes high. The hollow column portion has a high resistance to lateral deformation. Therefore, the load applied from the front plate side is applied to the rear without being released in the lateral direction by the hollow column portion. As a result, the protective fence post including the hollow column portion can cope with a large load as a whole. That is, it is possible to reduce the escape in a specific direction with respect to the load applied from the front, and the hollow column portion can effectively handle the applied load. When a load is applied, the front plate is deformed prior to the deformation of the column portion, and the load applied from the front plate side is reduced. As a result, the load applied to the base portion is relaxed. By reducing the load applied to the base portion, it is not required to improve the strength of the foundation. Therefore, safety standards can be met without updating the foundation.
In the invention according to claim 1, the column portion has an opening that communicates the inner side and the outer side on the front plate side at the end portion on the base portion side.
The hollow column portion is subjected to a surface treatment in order to prevent corrosion. In this case, the surface treatment is also applied to the inside of the hollow column portion. For example, when using plating etc., the plating solution with which the inside of the hollow pillar part was filled is discharged | emitted from an opening by providing an opening in a pillar part. As a result, the inside of the hollow column part can be surface-treated to prevent corrosion. Further, by providing an opening on the front plate side on the base portion side of the column portion, when a load is applied from the front plate side, the column portion is deformed in the vicinity of the opening having a low strength. Thereby, the load from the front plate side is also absorbed by the deformation of the column portion. Therefore, safety standards can be satisfied without updating the foundation, and corrosion of the pillars can be prevented.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the pillar portion has a flat shape with a short direction connecting the front plate and the pillar portion.
Thereby, the intensity | strength of the column part with respect to the load from the front board side improves in shape. Therefore, the strength of the pillar portion can be increased with a simple structure.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a cross section of the column portion is rectangular.
As a result, a generally rectangular and hollow member that is in circulation can be used as the column portion. Therefore, the strength of the column portion can be increased with a member having a simple structure that is easily available .
Hereinafter, a guard fence support according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
A
The
The
The

As shown in FIG. 3, the

FIG. 4 shows the result of a static load test performed on the
For comparison, FIG. 6 shows the result of a static load test performed on the conventional protective fence post 100 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, in the conventional protective fence support 100, the
As described above, the
As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the strength of the
Moreover, in one Embodiment of this invention, the cross-sectional shape of the
Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the
Moreover, the tolerance with respect to the deformation | transformation to a horizontal direction improves by applying a hollow member as the
Further, the load applied to the
The load applied to the
By making the
